Akshan Reroll

It's very important in Akshan to have 3x shurima so use that early game. We are trying to roll at level 6 to get ashes to level 3 and add items to it (new very strong carry this patch) and akshan to level two. Then go to level seven to put sejuani to get 3x freljord and finish our Akshan and then really level 8 and that's it.
