The shield is applied by Citlali's Elemental Skill
Citlali's Elemental Skill and Burst Do an instance of damage on cast and their damage is increased by her current EM
Citlali's best set will be Scroll of the hero of Cinder City
Additionally when Citlali procs Freeze or Melt She reduces the resitance of either Hydro or Pyro by 20%
As well as increasing the damage of the character under her shield *exact values unknown atm
Essentially Citlali is a better Zhongli for Hydro and Pyro Teams because she can use Scroll
