Genshin Impact: Chasca, Ororon's skill set, destiny and weapons in patch 5.2

Based on what’s been revealed, Chasca is a DPS on the field while Ororon is designed as a support. Here’s everything you need to know about their kit. Note that since Genshin Impact patch 5.2 is still 6 weeks away , HoYoverse has plenty of time to adjust and change this information.

Chasca is a 5-star character with a unique skill set that allows her to float in the air, but according to the leaker, she cannot cross water like the Wanderer or Neuvillette. It is unclear whether this is a bug or a feature, but Sforum believes it is a bug because there is no reason for HoYoverse to create such a strange problem.

1. Normal attack

• Normal Attack: Perform 4 consecutive shots.
• Charge Shot: Aim and deal Wind damage when charging is completed.
• Landing Attack: Dive down and deal AOE damage to enemies around landing location.

2. Elemental Skills Deals AOE damage, gains 80 Soul Points and enters Soul Blessing state. In Soul Blessing state, Chasca continuously consumes Soul Points and will end when Soul Points run out, or when the skill is used again.

While in the Blessing of Night Soul state, Chasca will gain the following effects:

• Hover in the air, gaining speed and resistance to interruption. Consumes Soul Points or Phlogiston to maintain altitude. Charging or ascending will consume additional Soul Points.
• When basic attacking or critical hitting, Chasca will perform Multi Aim attacks in different ways.
• Tap: Deals Wind damage to enemies in front, counted as normal attack damage.
• Hold: Enter aim mode, select a number of targets within range, depending on charge time. Fire up to 6 Chasing Bolts at those targets when charge is complete.
• If held for too long, Chasca will fire a Chasing Bolt at enemies.

3. Anger Chasca fires a Windrend Soulstrike Bolt that deals AOE Wind damage. The bolt then splits into 6 Soulseeker Bolts that target nearby enemies.

Soulseeker Bolt deals Wind damage. Each Fire, Water, Ice, or Lightning ally on the team will cause 2 Soulseeker Bolts to switch to Radiant Soulseeker Bolts, dealing the corresponding elemental damage.

• Combat Talent 1: When using Multi Aim, if there are 1/2/3 Fire / Water / Ice / Lightning characters in the team, there is a 33/67/100% chance to activate Spiritual Conversion, changing the 3rd Chasing Bolt to a Radiant Chasing Bolt of the corresponding element.

• Combat Talent 2: When a teammate activates Night Soul Explosion, Chasca fires a Blazing Chasing Bolt at a nearby enemy, dealing Wind damage. If there is a Fire / Water / Ice / Lightning character in the formation, the Blazing Chasing Bolt will deal the corresponding elemental damage and count as critical damage.

4. Gift of the Night: When the Night Soul Points run out, Chasca will consume Phlogiston to maintain the Night Soul Blessing state. In the area with Phlogiston, Chasca will enter the Night Soul Transformation state: When the character on the field is at a certain height in the air, you can transform into Chasca and enter the Night Soul Blessing state, receiving 32 Night Soul Points. Can be activated once every 10 seconds.

Additionally, while in Night Spirit Blessing, holding E will trigger an attack upon landing. Releasing the button will interrupt the landing attack and cause Chasca to continue hovering. If she hits an enemy while diving, Night Spirit Blessing will end.

• Explorer's Talent: Increases allies' flight speed by 15%. Cannot stack.

C1: When the Spiritual Conversion of the 1st combat talent is activated, the 2nd Chasing Bolt will also be converted to Radiant Chasing Bolt. In addition, the activation rate of Spiritual Conversion is also increased: if there are 1/2/3 Fire / Water / Ice / Lightning characters in the team, there is a 66/100/100% chance of activating Spiritual Conversion. Reduces the consumption of Night Soul Points and Phlogiston by 30% when not in combat. C2: When Radiant Chasing Bolt from an elemental skill hits an enemy, it will deal AOE damage of the corresponding element. Can only be activated once per Multi Aim use. C3: Increase elemental skills by 3 levels. C4: When Radiant Soulseeker Bolt from Rage hits an enemy, it restores 1.5 energy to Chasca and deals AOE damage of the corresponding element. Can only be activated once per Rage use. C5: Increases rage by 3 levels. C6: After activating Spiritual Conversion of combat talent 1, Chasca enters Assault state. In the next 3s, using Multi Aim will immediately complete the charge and critical damage increases by 120%.

Ororon is a character designed with a focus on Electromagnetic Reactions, but he doesn't need them to function well. Currently, leakers have confirmed that he is a 4-star rarity, similar to Razor and Sethos. So far, there are no 5-star male Lightning characters.

Ororon's skill set

2. Elemental Skills Throws a Spirit Eye that bounces 3 times between enemies, dealing Lightning damage.

3. Anger Summons a Supersonic Spirit Eye that deals AOE damage, taunting enemies.

• Combat Talent 1: During E's duration, when a character on the field deals Lightning or Water damage, Ororon restores Night Soul Points.

When an ally deals Soul Damage or an enemy takes Electrocute Damage, and Ororon has at least 10 Soul Points, it will trigger an AOE Lightning Damage once.

• Fighting Talent 2 After an elemental skill hits an enemy, Ororon gains Mark of the Spirit. When a character on the field deals Lightning or Water damage, 3 energy is restored. If Ororon is off the field, 3 energy is also restored.

The 5-star bow that HoYoverse designed for Chasca has quite good attack stats and high critical damage, while also buffing attack. Specifically as follows:
