Varesa is one of the next great Electro's in the game, plus her plunge play mechanic makes her quite unique. Not to mention that at C0 she is the best Electro DPS. In general we will want to raise her Normal Attacks (for the charged and plunge attacks), because of how the character works, and after that the Burst and finally the Skill, placing Varesa around 10-8-8 (10/8/10).

In the case of constellations we are facing a typical situation. As usual the C2 is her most interesting Cosntelation. However, we are poor and that's a fact, so, don't spend too much, oh, by the way, her C1 is quite good for the damage increase and her C6 places Varesa at the level of Mualani or Kinich.
