Rating Explanation
- S+ Tier
The best of the best in the game. These characters don't require a lot of investment to be a great character and are key components in most team comps.
- S Tier
Characters that are very strong in their respective roles. While these characters are solid units, they would want their best Light Cones, Eidolons, or other premium units to contend with the ones on top.
- A Tier
Great characters who can perform even better when given the right amount of investment. These characters may struggle when they don't have their best Light Cones, Eidolons, or other premium units. Even then it may be hard for them to keep up with the best.
- B Tier
Good characters who can do well when used correctly and can be effective under different circumstances. These characters can be considered great in specific scenarios, but fall off in most cases.
- C Tier
Characters who are below average in their respective role. These characters require a ton of investment to make them viable in harder content.
- D Tier
Characters with limited combat utility. These characters are greatly overshadowed by everyone else in their role.
