Win Conditions
- Holding off from using your Q until the enemy has used a dash or their movement ability will make landing your Q easier.
- In team fights, don’t Hook Q the enemy tank if possible. Try and Hook Q a squishy champion or carry instead. Especially don’t Hook Q somebody who can engage or who has CC like Amumu.
- Know your matchups. When laning against someone who can engage like Alistar, Leona or Nautilus, never try to Hook Q them. Hooking Q them will make it easier for them to get onto your ADC.
Weak Against
- Taric: Taric wants you to hook him so he can keep using his abilities onto you. Be smart about your grab and play accordingly.
- Rell: Rell is waiting for you to hook her so she can go in on your carry/team. It's more than okay to grab her, but be thoughtful when to do so.
- Rakan: Rakan is okay with you hooking him as well but sometimes it can be okay, try to time your E to stop his W and you can even kill him.

Strong Against
- Yuumi: Wait for the moment Yuumi gets out and grab her. Yuumi is very squishy and the fact that now she can't attach anymore, should lead into a free kill.
- Lulu: Save your ultimate to break her shield and look to grab her whenever she is out of position. She is very immobile so it should make it easy to secure the kill.
- Nami: Make sure to land a hook on her but at the same time if you aren't able to one shot her, she can bubble and ult your carry so keep an eye.

Game Strategy
- Early Game: In the early game as Blitzcrank, focus on landing successful Rocket Grabs to catch out-of-position enemies and create opportunities for your team. Maintain brush control and use your W to quickly reposition for engages.
- Mid Game: Moving into the mid game, prioritize vision control and look for picks with Rocket Grab. Your Static Field can disrupt teamfights, so use it strategically to peel for your carries or lock down enemies. Stick with your team to capitalize on your crowd control.
- Late Game: In the late game, your role as Blitzcrank remains centered on creating picks with Rocket Grab and using Static Field to control teamfights. Be vigilant about vision control, as a well-timed hook can decide the outcome of crucial late-game engagements. Coordinate with your team to take advantage of the opportunities you create.
