Irelia is a very strong level 1 champ, try getting 3 minions killed with your q and then q your opponent, dmg him and then get level 2 stun him and kill him (very hard 99% fail). Then you just snowball hard with these items and you are unkillable even in a 1v3, dont thank me.

Split push and team fighting is essential. You can try a 1v2 or 1v3 if u are fed, but safer option is to fight AT LEAST 3v5 and you should win easily if fed. If u aren't fed or in a hard matchup just focus farming and TEAMfighting and it is an easy win.
