Win Conditions
- Vladimir's W is a great escape spell, but the fact that it costs 20% of his current health can be detrimental early on. Look to use W when you have your empowered Q coming up soon, or when you know you can get out safely.
- Vladimir's R detonation is the half that heals him and it can heal you while you're in stasis from Zhonyas Stopwatch. If you're low on health after an Ult, Stopwatch and wait for the heal.
- Vladimir can use both Flash and Protobelt during his W, so use those other actives to either run away or keep up with the team fight.
Weak Against
- Malzahar: Malzahar's ultimate is one of the biggest counters in the game for us, look to get QSS if you have to.
- Swain: Swain has a lot of sustain and he will be able to survive out burst, get morello if necessary.
- Cassiopeia: She is both tanky and does a lot of damage, so you need to try to outscale her and play around her ultimate.

Strong Against
- Katarina: We can dodge Katarina's burst with our W and we can also outtrade her in the early game.
- Qiyana: It's pretty easy for us to dodge Qiyana's all in with the W, we just have to get the timing right.
- Twisted Fate: All you need to do is dodge his Gold card with your W and you win the remaining part of the skirmish.

Game Strategy
- Early Game: Our early game is pretty weak and we can get punished a lot, so making sure we trade efficiently and position correctly is very important. Level 6 is a big powerspike because if we have traded with the target prior we can literally just all in them and kill them.
- Mid Game: Swap with Bot when the first Bot turret is taken and now you are going to stay Bot. Keep applying pressure and try to find a time to rotate. Dive whenever you can, your W will allow you to de-aggro the turret and you can also tank a long time with your Q heal.
- Late Game: Positioning is crucial, remember that your biggest counter is CC so if you do get CC'ed, you won't be able to play the game. Look to either get a nasty 5 man R, or just assassinate the enemy carry. Be careful on the timing you engage.
