start with pachirisu lead, focusing on charging 2 energies into the electabuzz(s) to be able to attack the backline from early on. try not evolving the electabuzzs unless they would die next turn as they are our main way of getting damage off.

if you get shinx, dont play him unless you encounter another stage of its evolution and or the second pachirisu (to trade with the communication).

cyrus is used to finish off low rivals with either luxrio(only if they dont revenge kill you), max charged electivire, and if possible even pachirisu too. save the capes only for when you would lose a mon, try playing them to prevent giovannis or similar, wait for the mid game, in the late game they probably wont be of much help. Unless against skarmory, against it play the cape into the pachirisu first turn, unless you are going first with an electabuzz lead and its better to save the cape for a secondary pokemon such as a electivire (to save yourself from magnezone's 110+10 from gioviovanni)
