Bacchus is a tanky guardian with high crowd control and sustain potential. His drunken brawling style allows him to dive into fights, disrupt enemies, and protect his team. With strong area-of-effect (AoE) damage and stuns, Bacchus excels in initiating team fights and controlling engagements with his ultimate.

Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow you may die. None adhere more vigorously to this creed than Bacchus, the Roman God of Wine, lewd behavior, and madness. After spending much of his formative years with his impressively intoxicated mentor Solinus, whom Bacchus loves like a father, the God of Wine is now a wanderer and teacher. He’s journeyed across all of Asia, through India, and finally back to Rome, spreading the “Mysteries of the Vine,” a ritual involving incredible amounts of wine to lower inhibitions, freeing one from social constraints, oppression of gender, sexual taboos, and the stresses of life. Quite the successful ritual, if ever there was one. Much of this ritual seems to have come from Solinus, who is widely known to have vast, secret knowledge and the ability to predict the future, though only while completely drunk. The king Midas, covetous of this knowledge, captured Solinus, endeavoring to extract it by providing the scholar the finest food, drink, and entertainment he could muster. Bacchus finally tracked down his mentor in the court of Midas and discovered him well fed and cared for. Quickly, Midas lied, claiming Solinus had been lost and the king had taken him in.

Seeing through the ruse, Bacchus offered the monarch a boon. Midas asked that anything he touched be turned to gold. Without hesitation, Bacchus granted this. He tested his new gift on a twig and stone and found them turned completely to gold. Elated, Midas called a feast, but found his food turned to gold in his hands and his daughter solidified at his touch. Starving and crazed, Midas begged Bacchus to remove the “gift.” Bacchus acquiesced, allowing the greedy king to wash his hands in the Pactolus river. As the golden touch left his hands, the river sands transformed to glittering gold. Of course, the product of continuous overindulgence in alcohol and deviant behavior, Bacchus could simply be insane.

Passive: Drunk-O-Meter

This is the passive where you get more strength and intelligence and protection each time you get more drunk, and to get drunk you just need to use your first skill.

1st Skill: Chug

This is the one ability that is responsible for making your passive work, everytime you use this one you spend some mana and heal yourself while you gain strength and intelligence along with magical and physical protection.

2nd Skill: Belly Flop

This make you jump in direction that you desire, if in the direction of an enemy you will deal damage and displace one or more enemies, it will work very well in combination with you ultimate while in a team fight

3nd Skill: Belch of the Gods

When you use this attack you see a conical shape showing you attack area, when you shoot this attack you will hit the enemy some times, and remember to be tipsy drinking with the Chug skill because the final hit will stun the enemy

Ultimate skill: Intoxicate

So as I said this ultimate makes a perfect combo with the Belly Flop, you jump in the middle of a fight and after that you use the ultimate dealing damage and intoxicating enemies around you, and this attack has a nice radius so you deal damage to everyone near you!

2. Build and Items

Starting Items: Kick things off with items that boost your survivability and regen, like Guardian's Pendant or Bluestone Pendant. They’ll give you a solid start in lane.

Mid-Game: Invest in items that beef up your protection and utility, like Sovereignty and Sentinel’s Embrace. These are great for keeping your team alive during skirmishes.

Late Game: In the endgame, grab items like Mantle of Discord and Spirit Robe to become more resilient and amp up your crowd control.

• Additional Items: Spirit Robe

• Skill 2 + SKill 3 + Skill 1 + Basic Attack.
• Skill 2 + SKill 3 + Skill 4 + Skill 1 + Basic Attack.

1. Solo Lane/Jungle

The build is pretty similar for both this roles.

Either the role, start with Bluestone Pendant, a Medallion, which will be build up to a Gauntlet of Thebes (for its Protection stacks as solo laner) and a Health Chalice.

After Thebes, build Void Stone, which will increase your damage (its passive “buffs” Magical Damage) as well as get you tankier.

Then, go to Shifter’s Shield (more Protections, health and mana and its passive is worth it) or Glorious Pridwen (for a more tankier gameplay if your team is squishy). Stone of Binding is also a good choice here if the enemy teams has 2 or more tanks.

Obsidian Shard, Totem of Death and/or Titan’s Bane finishes your build. I would recommend the first two, but it depends on enemy team’s mobility: Titan’s Bane over Totem of Death helps your Belly Flop (2) damage so you can get enemy gods unsuspected.

2. Support

Start with Medallion and potions.

Build up The Nemes first, so you can get a little tankier (more health and it’s passive is outstanding for getting Protections).

Then, go to Triton’s Conch (more tankier and a lil damage for it’s 45 Intelligence).

Now, build some Protection focused items, like Bagua Mirror (Magical Protection), Spectral Armor (Physical Protection + proximity debuff) and/or Stone of Binding (both Protection + debuffs when CC hits). This depends on the enemy team’s composition.

In late game, build Gem of Focus or Chronos’ Pendant (both Intelligence and CDR, check the passives and choose accordingly to your team’s needs, more damage or more utility, respectively).

3. Positioning and Strategy

Bacchus is a versatile support, so stick close to your carries and be ready to protect them. Look for chances to initiate fights and control the enemies. Use your mobility to dodge danger and always position yourself to keep your team safe.

If you like a Guardian, choose Bacchus.
