God Introduction
Sobek is a great character in smite 2. He currently fits the roles of Support and Solo Laner best, as he brings High Crowd Control, High Utilty, and Percent Damage.
Sobek has had some reworks done in Smite 2, Primarily to his Ultimate (** Lurking in the Waters**), and his third ability: Sickening Strike. Sobek's Ultimate now has an HP threshold execute, and Sickening Strike applies a Damage over Time effect that spreads to your enemies.
Sobek's Strengths lie in his ability to Displace his enemies, to deal Consistant Damage , and to Lock Down enemies going after his teammates.
Passive - Blessing of the Nile
When Sobek deals Damage, he gains a stack of both Physical and Magical Protections.

This effect can stack of to 3 times, and lasts for 10 seconds.

Sobek's abilities can only provide one stack each per cast.

Basic Attack - Melee
- Deal Magical Damage to an enemy in front of you.

Ability 1 - Charge Prey
Sobek dashes forward, dealing Magical Damage to the first enemy hit, and Displaces this enemy behind him.

This ability Stuns the damaged enemy, before throwing them.

Sobek is Displacement Immune while dashing

Sobek is Crowd Control Immune while throwing the enemy

If Sobek misses the charge, there is a 0 second Postfire.

If Sobek hits the charge, there is a 0.3 second Postfire as he attemps to throw the enemy he hit. This postfire occurs both after a successful throw and if the enemy frees themselves with Crowd Control Immunity

Ability 2 - Tail Whip
Sobek spins his tail around him, dealing Magical Damage to any enemy hit.

This ability Knocks enemies up and away from Sobek

The spin begins to displace enemies 0.4 seconds after being cast, and they remain displaced for 0.6 seconds afterwards.

Ability 3 - Sickening Strike
Sobek strikes in a cone in front of him, dealing Magical Damage and applying any enemy hit with Disease; reducing healing received for 5 seconds

Enemies diseased take bonus Magical Damage, and receive Reduced Healing

This disease can spread for 2.5 seconds

Each enemy hit by the cone reduces this ability's cooldown by 1 second and Heals Sobek , up to 4 targets

The disease will spread to enemies within 3.2 meters of someone who is currently Diseased ( to include Jungle Minions)

Disease applies a Damage over Time (DoT) effect, but this damge does not trigger item effects

Ultimate - Lurking in the Waters
Sobek submerges himself, Slowing enemies nearby and grants himself Crowd Control Immunity, Protections, and Mana Regen. After 4 seconds, Sobek will emerge dealing Magical Damage to enemies in range.

You can cancel this ability early, at the cost of dealing less damage

This ability Executes enemies below 10% to 25% HP, scaling with time submerged.

Executed or killed enemies Heal Sobek and grant him 25 Permanent bonus Health

Lurking in the Waters deals 25% of its potential damage if emerging instantly.

Sobek can pass throw enemies and spawned walls while submerged.
