Amumu – Obsolete Technology
Passive: Reduces incoming damage by 15/20/30 (previously 12/15/25).
Every second, releases sparks that deal 10/15/25 magic damage to adjacent enemies.
Draven – Attack Speed Increase
Attack Speed raised from 0.7 to 0.75.
Powder – Misfit Toy
Ability damage increased from 350%/500%/700% to 420%/550%/735%.
Singed – Dangerous Mutations
Provides 100/115/130% Attack Speed to the highest-damage dealer, decaying over 4 seconds (previously 100/120/160%).
Rumble – The Equalizer
Armor and Magic Resist decreased from 70 to 65.
Ability damage adjusted from 500%/750%/4000% to 450%/675%/4000%.
Sevika – Mana Adjustment
Mana changed from 0/60 to 0/50.
2. Trait Modifications
Automata
Automata accumulate crystals when dealing damage. After 20 crystals, they launch a blast at their target, causing magic damage plus 25% of the damage dealt since the last blast.
Gained Armor & Magic Resist adjusted:
(4) 60 (previously 55)
(6) 111 (previously 100)
Blood Hunter
Warwick devours enemies when their health drops below 12% (previously 15%), healing for 450 instead of 500 and gaining 50 Mana.
Chem-Baron
Gains Shimmer after combat. If on a 3-loss streak, more is gained.
Black Market interaction grants max HP for skipped markets:
(4) 50; 60 HP (previously 15 or 45)
(5) 70; 100 HP (previously 20 or 60)
Conqueror
Takedowns grant Conquest stacks, leading to War Chests containing loot.
Attack Damage & Ability Power increased:
(2) 22% (previously 18%)
Enforcer
Shields and amplifies damage at combat start. Marks high-health enemies as WANTED.
Attack Speed boost upon WANTED enemy’s death.
(8) Adjusted to 40% HP, 40% Damage Amp (previously 48%).
Family
Reduces max Mana and grants additional benefits:
(3) 30% reduction, 20% Durability (previously 25%)
(4) 35% reduction, 20% AS (previously 30%)
Form Swapper
Adjusts stats depending on positioning:
(4) 33% Durability or 44% Damage Amp (previously 30% and 40%).
Pit Fighter
Gains Omnivamp and bonus true damage:
(4) 12% true damage, 35% HP (previously 25% HP)
(6) 22% true damage, 55% HP (previously 45% HP)
Quickstriker
Attack Speed scales with target’s missing HP.
(4) 222 Shield for 3 seconds (previously 200).
Scrap
Converts components into full items, grants a shield.
(6) 45 Shield (previously 50).
Sniper
Damage scaling increased:
(2) 10% base, 5% per hex (previously 7% per hex)
(4) 40% base, 10% per hex (previously 18% per hex)
(6) 80% base, 20% per hex, +5 Attack Range (previously 36% per hex)
Sorcerer
(4) 50 AP (previously 55 AP).
(6) 85 AP, abilities now reduce enemy damage by 20% for 3 seconds.
Visionary
(6) Abilities now heal an ally for 16% of damage dealt (previously 18%).
Watcher
Durability increased:
(4) 30% or 45% (previously 25%)
(6) 40% or 50% (previously 35%)
3. Augment Updates
Silver Tier
Diversified Portfolio+: Grants 1 gold per 3 (was 2 per 4) non-unique traits.
Kingslayer: Bonus gold from winning against higher-health opponents increased to 6 (was 5).
Support Mining+: Dummy now requires 5 deaths (previously 4) before yielding a support item.
Table Scraps: Gains an unused unit every 3 carousels (previously 4).
Titanic Titan: Max health boost increased to 25 (previously 20).
Gold Tier
Climb The Ladder II: Bonus stats per fallen ally increased to 6 (previously 5).
Gloves Off: Vander’s ability now deals 70% increased damage (was 85%).
Overheal: Third attack now heals & shields up to 150% damage (was 125%).
Spirit Link: Healing increased to 6% max HP (was 5%).
Prismatic Tier
Birthday Present: Now grants 1 gold per level up (previously 2).
Blinding Speed: Recurve Bow & Magnetic Remover reward changed to Giant Slayer.
Ghost of Friends Past: Stat bonus per fallen ally increased to 7 health, 1% AD, 1 AP (was 6).
Quality Over Quantity: Radiant item holders gain 4% HP (previously 7%).
4. Anomaly Adjustments
Bully
Damage Amplification reduced:
11% base, 33% vs lower-star units (previously 12% and 36%).
Freestyling
Bonus Damage Amp per non-unique trait increased to 5% (was 4.5%).
Heavy Hitter
Attack bonus now scales off 30% max HP (previously 20%).
Hivemind
Now gains a duplicate of the first champion it eliminates, instead of the first killed enemy.
Hunger For Power
Consumed ally grants 66% of Health & Attack Damage (was 60%).
Hypervelocity
Initial Attack Speed increased to 20% (previously 10%).
Infectious Anomaly
Base AD/AP reduced to 10% (previously 12%).
Repulsor
Now grants 50% Attack Speed (previously 40%), retaining knockback effect.
These changes introduce multiple buffs, nerfs, and rebalancing adjustments aimed at enhancing gameplay diversity and competitiveness in Teamfight Tactics Set 13.
