Video Guide:
This is a guide to the five star Fusion character Changli, who wields a sword. Changli’s best weapon is obviously her signature weapon, Blazing Brilliance. Its effect is to increase Crtical Rate by 8%. Upon dealing damage, increases Searing Feather by 1 stack, gaining 1 stack every 0 point 5 seconds. When Resonance Skill is released, increases Searing Feather by an extra 5 stacks. Each stack of Searing Feather increases Resonance Skill damage Bonus by 4%, stacking up to 14 times. After reaching 14 stacks of Searing Feather, all stacks will reset within 10 seconds. A five star sword alternative to Changli’s signature weapon is the only other five star sword, the Emerald of Genesis, which can be obtained from the Standard Weapon Convene. The Emerald of Genesis provides high base damage and a stackable attack percent buff up to two stacks for using a resonance skill. It also provides 12 point eight percent energy regeneration. Scale: Slasher is a four star sword that can be obtained on convenes. Scale: Slasher provides attack and energy regeneration. Its effect is that when resonance skill is released, it restores concerto energy by 8. This effect can be triggered 1 time every 20 seconds. Another four star sword that can be obtained on convenees is the Commando of Conviction. It is an exceptional sword because its attack percent increase effect can be easily triggered since Changli will use her intro skill and she will not be on the field for more than 15 seconds. The best echo set for Changli is a five piece set of Molten Rift. Its two set effect is that Fusion damage percent increases by 10%. Its five set effect is that upon using Resonance Skill, Fusion damage increases by 30% for 15 seconds. Using a five piece set of Molten Rift, the lead echo will be the Inferno Rider. It deals a large amount of slash damage and generates a large amount of resonance energy. The Inferno Ride also increases Changli’s fusion damage and basic attack damage for fifteen seconds. But it can be challenging to animation cancel the inferno rider to maximize damage. The best echo stats for Changli are 4 cost of critical rate percent or critical damage percent, 3 cost of attack percent or fusion damage, 3 cost of attack percent or fusion damage, 1 cost of attack percent, and 1 cost of attack percent. Changli’s substat priority is first critical rate percent or critical damage percent, then attack percent, then Forte Damage Bonus of resonance skill, then Forte Damage Bonus of resonance liberation, and lastly, energy regeneration. 3 cost echo options include the Viridblaze Saurian, the Havoc Dreadmane, and the Violet-Feathered Heron. 1 cost echo options include the Firebug, the Baby Viridblaze Saurian, the Fusion Warrior, the Traffic Illuminator, the Fusion Dreamane Minor, the Fusion Prism, the Snip Snap, the Electro Predator, and the Spectro Prism. A two piece alternative echo set for Changli is a combination of the two piece set of Molten Rift and the two piece set of Lingering Tunes. Molten Rift’s two piece set effect is that the fusion damage percent increases by 10%. Lingering Tunes’ two piece set effect is that attack increases by 10%. The lead echo is still the Inferno rider. The echo stats and the substat priority are still the same. 3 cost echo options include the Violet-Feathered Heron, the Havoc Dreadmane, the Flautist, the Viridblaze Saurian, the Chasm Guardian, and the Spearback. 1 cost echo options include the Traffic Illuminator, the Baby Viridblaze, the Electro Predator, the Fusion Dreamane, the Fusion Prism, the Diamondclaw, the Hooscamp Flinger, the Firebug, the Zig zag, the Snip Snap, the Spectro Prism, the Tick Tack, the Vanguard Junrock, the Saurian, the Fusion Warrior, and the Glacio Dreadmane. If you have a great five piece set of Moonlit Clouds, you can use it with the Impermanence Heron as your lead echo. The echo stats priority is still the same. The substat priority is first critical rate percent or critical damage percent, then attack percent, then energy rengeration, then Forte Damage Bonus of resonance skill, and lastly Forte Damage Bonus of resonance liberation. 3 cost options include the Stonewall Bracer, the Chaserazor, the Spearback, and the Geohide Saurian. 1 cost options include the Glacio Prism, the Glacio Dreadmane, the Cruisewing, the Diamondclaw, the Sabyr Boar, the Fission Junrock, the Whiff Whaff, and the Zig zag. Changli’s recommended endgame stats at level 90 are fifteen thousand H.P., two thousand one hundred attack, one thousand two hundred defense, seventy percent fusion damage percent, seventy percent critical rate percent, one hundred forty percent critical damage percent, and fifteen percent energy regeneration. Changli’s skill levelling priority is her Forte Circuit, then her Resonance Liberation, then her Resonance Skill, then her Basic Attack, and lastly her intro skill. The best team for Changli is herself, Encore, and Verina. An alternate team is Changli, Chixia, and Verina. If you do not have Verina, use Baizhi. General information on Changli’s kit. Ground Basic Attack Stage 4, Mid-air Attack Stage 4, and Resonance Skill, Tripartite Flames, allows Changli to enter True Sight. While in True Sight, if Changli uses a ground basic attack she performs true sight: conquest and ends True Sight. While in True Sight, if Changli uses a mid air basic attack she performs true sight: charge and ends True Sight. True Sight: Capture, a part of Changli’s Resonance Skill, has 2 initial attempts and can be used up to 2 times. The number of attempts is increased by 1 every 12 seconds. Changli obtains 1 stack of enflamement for every true sight - Conquest and true sight - Charge that hits an enemy. If Changli has 4 stacks of enflamement, she consumes them when using a heavy attack and deals fusion damage, which is considered to be resonance skill damage. This is a part of Changli’s Forte Circuit: Flaming Vow. Changli obtains 1 stack of enflamement for using her resonance liberation. Changli’s Resonance Liberation, Radiance of Fealty, deals fusion damage, and Changli enters Fiery Feather. After Changli uses a heavy attack, her attack increases by twenty five percent for ten seconds, and at the end of the ten seconds Fiery Feather ends. Changli’s Intro Skill, Obedience of Rules, attacks the enemy and enters her into True Sight. Changli’s Outro Skill, Strategy of Duality, increases the switched-in teammate’s fusion damage by 20% and resonance liberation damage by 25% for ten seconds. Changli’s Inherent Skill One, Secret Strategist, has the effect when Changli uses True Sight: Conquest or True Sight: Charge, each Enflamement stack increases her fusion damage by five percent. Changli’s Inherent Skill Two, Sweeping Force, has the effect when Changli uses her Heavy Attack or Resonance Liberation, her Fusion Damage bonus is increased by twenty percent, and Changli ignores fifteen percent of the enemy target’s defense when she deals damage. Changli’s rotation is using either ground basic attack, mid air basic attack, or skill to enter True Sight, then in true sight, you can either use ground basic attack or mid air basic attack to perform true sight: conquest or true: sight charge, respectively. Another rotation would be to use Changli’s Resonance Liberation to enter True Sight, then Heavy Attack to get the 25% attack increase, and then use either a ground basic attack or mid air basic attack to perform true sight: conquest or true: sight charge, respectively. I will now go over a breakdown of Changli’s resonance chain. Sequence Node 1, Hidden Thoughts, increases her damage dealt by ten percent and interruption resistance when using her resonance skill and heavy attack. Sequence Node 1 is decent. Sequence Node 2, Pursuit of Desires, makes it so that enflamement increases Changli’s critical damage by thirty percent for eight seconds. Sequence Node 2 is great and the best stopping point until Sequence Node 6. Sequence Node 3, Learned Secrets, increases the damage of Changli’s Resonance Liberation by eighty percent. Sequence Node 3 is good. Sequence Node 4, Polished Words, makes it so that Changli’s Intro Skill increases the attack of all teammates by 20% for 30 seconds. Sequence Node 4 is really good and makes Changli even more viable as a sub D.P.S. I do not think it is worth prioritizing because of the price, and it does not affect Changli’s main D.P.S. capabilities. Sequence Node 5, Sacrificed Gains, increases Changli’s heavy attack multiplier by fifty percent. When she uses a heavy attack, Changli’s attack is increased by an additional fifty percent. Sequence Node 5 is decent. Sequence Node 6, Realized Plans, makes it so that Changli’s resonance skill, heavy attack, and resonance liberation ignore an additional forty percent of the enemy target’s defense when they deal damage. Obviously, Sequence Node 6 is insane, but definitely not worth the price. Changli has a very high pull value because she is really good and will obviously break banner sales records since she is a waifu. Changli might have a slightly better pull value than Jinhsi because she can be a better sub D.P.S. than Jinhsi. I go over a complete guide to Jinhsi in this video on screen now.
