Intro
With Phase 2 of 1.2 in full effect, we have the release of the Sons of Calydon's Nitro-Fueled Bartender, Burnice. She comes in as an S-Rank of many firsts, being a Fire/Anomaly agent with the unique ability to apply damage off-field.

Core Passive & Additional Ability
Core Passive: Nitro-Fuel Cocktail
When Burnice expends energy, it builds up her unique Heat gauge up to a max of 100. At 50 Heat Burnice enters the Nitro-Fuel Cocktail state, which allows her to apply the Scorched effect to a target with either a Basic Attack: Mixed Flame Blend, EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, or Ultimate.
Other squad members hitting an enemy under the Scorched effect will trigger Afterburn at the cost of 8 Heat per tick, applying Fire DMG periodically scaling off of Burnice's ATK and accumulating Fire Anomaly Buildup. Afterburn DMG also increases by 1% for every 10 Anomaly Proficiency Burnice has, up to a max of 30%.
Additional Ability: Fire Kindling
When another squad member is an Anomaly or Sons of Calydon character, Burnice's Basic Attack: Mixed Flame Blend, EX Special Attack: Intense Heat Stirring Method, EX Special Attack: Intense Heat Stirring Method - Double Shot, & Afterburn ticks will gain 65% Fire Anomaly Buildup. Additionally, all Burn effects applied by the team are extended by 3s.

Basic Attack
Basic Attack: Direct Flame Blend
This won't be used outside of the niche scenario of on-field hypercarry Burnice, as Burnice's primary goal is to apply Scorched for her squad members to apply Afterburn ticks.
Basic Attack: Mixed Flame Blend
In the Nitro-Fuel Cocktail state, hold to activate. At the cost of 20 Heat, Burnice will spin dealing Fire DMG and applying Afterburn to nearby enemies. This move can be held to extend the damage duration, and after the finishing move can be followed-up immediately with EX Special Attack: Intense Heat Stirring Method - Double Shot.

Special Attack & EX Special Attack
Special Attack: Intense Heat Aging Method
Unleash a fire blast forward, inflicting Fire DMG. Can be held to boost the move's power. Not recommended as Burnice builds up Heat by expending Energy, so you'll want to save using your Special until you have enough energy for your EX Special.
EX Special Attack: Intense Heat Stirring Method
With enough energy Burnice will spray a one-handed flamethrower forward, dealing Fire DMG. The move can be held to continue consuming energy and extend the spray's duration. While holding, you can sidestep to dodge and adjust your position before continuing to spray.
EX Special Attack: Intense Heat Stirring Method - Double Shot
With enough energy during EX Special Attack: Intense Heat Stirring Method, hold to activate and unleash a double flamethrower attack. While this isn't as energy efficient as the initial hit and sacrifices Burnice's mobility, it makes up for it with fast buildup in both Heat and Fire Anomaly Buildup. Anti-Interrupt Level is increased while spraying, and DMG received is reduced by 40%.

Standard Dodge & Dash techniques, not necessarily a priority on Burnice but the additional Daze multipliers can be a nice thing to invest into once you've covered the important skills.

Assist
Quick Assist: Energizing Specialty Drink

Defensive Assist: Smoky Cauldron & Assist Follow-Up: Scorching Dew
Burnice has a Defensive Assist that allows her to immediately follow-up with EX Special Attack: Intense Heat Stirring Method - Double Shot provided you have enough energy. This allows you to go from your on-field agent easily to Burnice to build up Heat and reapply Scorched as needed during a fight.

Chain Attack & Ultimate
Chain Attack: Fuel-Fed Flame
Another method of entering EX Special Attack: Intense Heat Stirring Method - Double Shot from off-field, it's recommended to always use Burnice's Chain Attack last to allow you to immediately use Double Shot to reapply Heat and Scorched.
Ultimate: Glorious Inferno
Burnice leaps into the air and continously sprays flames from overhead. During this attack, you're able to Quick Assist to the next ally, allowing you to attack with another agent and it even extends the duration of Burnice's flame spray. Also recovers 50 Heat upon activation.

Closing Thoughts
Burnice is currently the only off-field Anomaly DPS in the game, and as such is a premium option for any players looking to build into Disorder comps. While the current Anomaly partners may not synergize 100%, Burnice is likely to shine more once we have agents that can take advantage of Disorder to its full potential. And for the timebeing there are plenty of comfortable teams to play and even F2P friendly options available. Like any good bartender, Burnice knows the night is young and the party's just about to get started...
