Introduction
Chasca is an Anemo Main DPS, with most of her damage coming from her Enhanced Charged Attack in her Nightsoul State, and her Burst. Her Burst works the same way as her Enhanced Charged Attack, but with higher scaling.
Chasca's kit revolves around her being in a team with 3 (2 if you have C1) characters with PHEC elements (Pyro/Hydro/Electro/Cryo)
Best Artifacts
Since Chasca is a Natlan Character., she can easily use the full potential of Obsidian Codex. Giving her more Damage and Crit Rate in Nightsoul State.

Sands : Atk% Goblet : Atk% (Since Chasca does damage using multiple element, Anemo Damage Bonus will only give damage to half of your attacks) Circlet : Crit Damage / Crit Rate (Using 4P Obsidian Codex will lower your C.Rate requirement, so get Crit Damage Circlet if you do)
Best Weapons
As you would've guessed, the weapon that is made for Chasca is the best weapon for her. But don't worry, there are some other options you can use.
Team Composition Formula
As said before, Chasca's kit revolves around her being in a team with 3 (2 if you have C1) characters with PHEC elements (Pyro/Hydro/Electro/Cryo). And a rainbow team with Hydro, Electro, and Pyro will generally be the best. Though you can mix and match elements, as long as they're either Pyro, Hydro, Electro, or Cryo.
Her passive “Bullet Trick” gives her more damage with each different PHEC elements in the team, up to 65%. Each of those will also give Chasca a chance to convert her 3rd Bullet to a random element in your team, up to 100% with 3 different elements.
Generally, most character with PHEC elements can fit in her team.

Afterthought
Honestly, even if Chasca isn't as strong as other recent DPS like Mualani and such. She's a pretty fun character to play. She doesn't use the standard Anemo DPS team for Xiao or Wanderer either, so she feels more fresh even with all of her downsides.
Would I recommend you to pull for her? Well, if you only care about the meta and getting the best team, she really doesn't fit that objective as much. But if you want to have fun or if you like her a lot, then you should pull for her (considering if you enough Primogems)
