Remember that the stars you've gained on a chamber will stay even if you retry and have less clear time. So, if you have difficulty, you can 1) retry with a different team, and/or 2) if your team is already optimal for your target chamber but you start the chamber with empty bursts, you can retry from the beginning and take your time to fill up your bursts the chamber before your target chamber.
