Fischl is a 4* Sub-DPS. She needs ATK, EM and Crit. For talents, her skill and her burst should be prioritized. She does not need as much ER as other characters.

Her best artifact set is Golden Troupe. Thundering Fury also works fine. If you do not have a full set of these, a 2 piece 2 piece combo with Gladiators Finale or Wanderer's Troupe and Thundering Fury also works fine. Mainstats: ATK% or EM sands, Electro-DMG-Bonus goblet, Crit Rate/Crit DMG circlet Substats: Crit, ATK%, EM is all she needs For aggrevate, try to get at least 200 EM and 1300 ATK. Otherwise EM can be lower and ATK should be higher.
