Furina is a 5* Sub-DPS. She scales on HP. Besides that she also needs enough ER (around 160-200%) and good crit-ratio. For her talents, her burst and her skill should be prioritized.

4 piece Golden Troupe is by far her best artifact set. You can also use Tenecity of the Millelith, but Goulden Troupe is way better. Main Stats: HP% sands, HP% or Hydro-DMG-Bonus goblet, HP% circlet. Substats: HP%, Crit and ER% are most important. Try to get as close as possible to 40K HP, but not higher
