Its Crit DMG mainstat and the HP substat as well as the weapon effect are just so overwhelmingly good why it is no wonder that it also is the best of them all.

Most Crit 5 star statsticks or the sacrificial jade are often times better but these are the weapons many people have except for his Signature Weapon if anyone went out of their way to get it.
