Shenhe is one of the lost cryo characters, along with the trio with Ganyu and Wriothesley (neither here nor expected). She is a very important character for the compositions of Permafrost, which now is a bit gone but in not so long will have a great growth, at least supposedly. In general we will want to raise both Skill and Burst, placing Shenhe around 1-8-8 (1-10-10).

After a long time Shenhe is back, it's a reality, and probably there are people who will have many saves for it. If you are in that group, the Constellations you should be interested in are the first 2, the C1 because it improves your ER needs, while the C2 gives you a higher damage.
