Event Duration

Submission Period: January 2, 2025 – January 29, 2025 23:59 (UTC+8)

Judging Period: January 30, 2025 – February 13, 2025 23:59 (UTC+8)

Results Announcement: February 14, 2025.

• If there are 100 or more participants, they will split a total prize pool of Primogems ×20,000!
• If there are 200 or more participants, they will split a total prize pool of Primogems ×50,000!
• If there are 300 or more participants, they will split a total prize pool of Primogems ×100,000!

Participation Requirements

1. Include the hashtag #StandWithMavuika and create content based on Genshin Impact Version 5.3. Participate in one of the following contest tracks (Fan Art, Short Video, Long Video) and submit it to any of the platforms: TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, or HoYoLAB. The work must meet the data requirements of the corresponding platform to be eligible for a share of the Primogem ×100,000 prize pool.

2. Submission Data Requirements: For TikTok/YouTube/X/HoYoLAB, the video view count or post impressions must be ≥ 2000. For Instagram, video views must be ≥ 2000, or the likes on image/text posts must be ≥ 100.

3. Each platform (TikTok/YouTube/X/Instagram/HoYoLAB) has a prize pool of up to Primogems ×100,000 that can be shared. If a Traveler qualifies for multiple platforms, they will be assigned to the prize pool of the platform with the best data for their submission by default. Each Traveler can only participate in the prize pool of one platform.

4. When 100 Travelers qualify on a single platform to share the prize pool, the pool will be unlocked. The more participants there are, the larger the prize pool. If there are fewer than 100 participants, each eligible participant will receive Primogems ×100.

5. When more than 1,000 Travelers qualify on a single platform to share the prize pool, the creators whose submissions rank in the top 1,000 in terms of exposure data will receive an additional reward of Primogems ×100.

Works Criteria

1. You can create content about Genshin Impact Version 5.3 in any of the following directions:

   1. Create a work based on the theme of the Pyro Archon Mavuika or Citlali

   2. Create a work based on the theme of Version 5.3's Natlan storyline

   3. Create a work based on the theme of Version 5.3's Lantern Rite content

2. During the event, publish fan art that meet the requirements with the hashtags #StandWithMavuika and #genshinfanart on any social media platform, and submit your work on the event page, and your participation will have been deemed successful.

3. Drawing styles can include but are not limited to illustrations, chibi, comics, etc. Each image cannot exceed 5 MB.

4. Entries submitted for this event must be fan art created within the past month and have a high degree of completion. Unfinished sketches, works directly edited with graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop, etc.), or works with copied elements spliced together will not be considered eligible.

Detailed Rules

1. When submitting an illustration for the contest on the event webpage, you must also include pictures or videos of your works-in-progress (drafts, sketches, etc.). Posts without such pictures or videos will not be considered eligible. Game screenshots, official video screenshots, real-life photos, etc. will be deemed invalid.

2. The official team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the submissions that meet the requirements based on their degree of completion, aesthetics, creativity, and compatibility with the game's settings, etc. Some creators of the winning entries will have the opportunity to be eligible for the Creator Experience server.

3. Travelers participating in the event are required to make their submission accounts and posts public. Aside from the event hashtags, we recommend that Travelers also include the corresponding character, Natlan, or Lantern Rite hashtags when submitting their works.

5. During the event, publish a long video that meets the following submission requirements with the event hashtag on HoYoLAB/YouTube, and your participation will have been deemed successful.

2. Submission Methods Method 1: On the HoYoLab platform, include the hashtag #StandWithMavuika and participate in any of the tracks (#genshinfanart, #genshinclip, #genshinvideo), and fill out the submission survey to submit your work.

Method 2: Post with the contest topic on TikTok/YouTube/X (Twitter)/Instagram to submit your work.

Include the hashtag #StandWithMavuika and participate in any of the tracks (#genshinfanart, #genshinclip, #genshinvideo), and head to the selected platform and publish works that meet the requirements.

Notes

1. Publishing content not related to the event (including but not limited to advertisement links and other means of publicity) is prohibited.

2. This event is divided into three tracks. Travelers can participate in multiple tracks simultaneously, and multiple works can be submitted for each track. Only one entry can be submitted each time you fill out the survey. If you need to submit multiple entries, you will have to fill out and submit the survey multiple times.

3. Travelers can win at most one award in each track when participating in the selection for first, second, third place, and the lucky prize. However, they can be selected for awards in all three tracks. Travelers can also participate in both the Primogem prize pool on a designated platform and the Popularity Prize, but they can only participate in the Primogem prize pool of one platform.

4. Travelers must ensure that their submitted works do not infringe upon any third-party rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, portrait rights, and reputation rights). Plagiarism and unauthorized use of others' works are strictly prohibited. If third-party materials are included in the submitted works, Travelers must obtain authorization from the owner of the rights themselves and cite the original sources.

5. After Travelers submit their contest entries on the event page, the official team will conduct content compliance reviews. Entries that comply with the event rules will have an opportunity to be displayed on the page. Due to the review period, there will be a certain delay in the display of entries. Entries that violate the event rules will be considered invalid submissions and will not be displayed on the page.

6. Submissions for this contest will be evaluated globally. The event is held on multiple platforms, and submissions from all platforms will be evaluated together to determine the first, second, and third prizes, as well as the lucky prize and popularity prize for each track. The above rewards for each track are the total rewards for all platforms. There is no amount of prizes set aside for each platform and region.

7. The official organizers will choose the winning works from among all the submitted works that meet the event rules. If there are no entries that meet the content and quality requirements for a particular prize category, that prize will not be awarded, which means there may be fewer actual winners. Therefore, it is possible that not all prizes will be given out. At the same time, if a prize-winning entry is disqualified due to violation of contest rules, the official team will not select a substitute winner.

8. After the list of winners is announced, if Travelers have any objection to the prize-winning works, they can give feedback through the customer support email or in-game customer support. If a prize-winning work is suspected of violating the event rules, we will revoke the prize and this user's account will be permanently banned from participating in any future community events.

9. Please ensure that the winning works stay up for at least 7 days after the results are announced so that they can be verified. Those who delete their winning posts within this verification period will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their prizes. Those who delete them after it ends will be deemed as having forfeited their eligibility for their work to be officially displayed on public platforms.

10. Travelers participating in the voting must log in with their HoYoverse Account and link the corresponding UID. Each Traveler will receive 1 voting ticket for their daily logins to the event page and daily sharing of the event respectively. The eligibility to receive new voting tickets will reset at 00:00 (UTC+8) daily. In-game item rewards will be sent via in-game mail after the required voting is completed.

11. The Popularity Prize will be determined based on a combination of the number of votes received and the quality of the content. The vote count for all submissions must be genuine and valid. Any submissions found to violate the event rules or have abnormal vote counts will have their participation disqualified upon verification.

12. After the list of winners is announced, the winners must submit their personal information by clicking the "Enter reward information" button on the event page within the specified time. Failure to fill in the required information in time or filling in the information incorrectly will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the prize, and it will not be reissued.

13. Primogem rewards will be issued within 30 business days of the results being announced. The estimated time for cash rewards delivery will be within 90 business days after the winners provide their prize information.

14. Cash prizes will be delivered via PayPal or bank transfers. Winners should provide their typically used PayPal account or bank account to accept and receive the cash prize during the allotted period. To ensure the cash prize is delivered without issue, we will have to collect and use personal data such as your PayPal account name and email. The specific scope of collection is based on the information filling page.

15. The costs necessary for international transfers such as administrative costs, etc. are borne by the organizer. Winners are responsible for their own tax obligations in accordance with the personal income tax policies of their country or region. The actual amount is subject to change, please refer to the laws and regulations and tax policies of your country or region.
