It is Wanderer’s general Best-in-Slot artifact. It gives Normal Attack SPD and a 40% DMG Bonus to all of his Normal and Charged Attacks, which make up the majority of his damage.

Tulaytullah’s Remembrance is his beast Weapon for Normal-Attacking playstyle.

If u want to play him in a Furina Team Cashflow Supervision outclasses Tulaytullah’s Remembrance. Otherwise it is still a solid stat stick.

Lost Prayers to the Sacred Winds is another strong pick for Wanderer. He can consistently maintain 2 stacks of the effect.
Teammates
Faruzan (especially at C6) is a very improtant unit to Wanderer’s best teams. She gives an Anemo DMG Bonus and shreds enemy Anemo RES.
Very strong support and off-field damage dealer. Requires a strong healer on the team.
One of the best buffers ingame. Bennet gives Flat ATK boost, heals and applies Pyro for Wanderer's A1 Pyro buff.
Mika gives high Attack SPD buff, allowing Wanderer to perform an additional N3 combo.
Yun Jin is a strong support for hypercarry Wanderer teams, especially at C6.
