For physical rewards from this event, please send an email to activity2.0tiktok@gmail.com before 2025/06/02 00:00 (UTC+8) with your real name, phone number, mailing address, and screenshots of the physical reward redemption codes. We will arrange the delivery of your physical rewards as soon as possible. Those who fail to provide information within the time limit will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited their rewards, and we will not arrange any subsequent reward reissue.

(e) It must comply with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other specifications and requirements from TikTok.
(2) You must abide by the following requirements while participating in this event:
(a) You are not allowed to participate in this event through improper means and fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to: downloading unofficial clients;
using accounts with a high suspicion of cheating/simulators/plug-ins/bots/or other illegal tools for QR code scanning/downloading/installation/registration/login/ participation in the event/claiming rewards/sharing the event;
modifying the parameters of the page or tampering with the device data; using malicious methods to disrupt the order of the platform and make profits;
using unauthorized plug-ins, bots, systems, group-control systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify, or exert other influence on this event;
participating in the event using robot software, spider software, crawler software, spam software, or any non-manual means; colluding with other players or using machines to cheat or farm event rewards; other behaviors that disrupt the order of the event or other means that HoYoverse deems improper.
(b) You are prohibited from acting in any way that breaches the event rules as declared by HoYoverse, interrupts the normal process of this event (such as influencing the fairness of the event), or any other actions that negatively impact this event.
