Video Guide:
Hey everyone, welcome back! Today we are going over a guide to Hyacine, the exciting new five-star Wind healer coming with Honkai: Star Rail’s highly anticipated patch three point three update. This is Castorice’s best-in-slot healer, beating out Gallagher and Luocha. She belongs to the Remembrance Path and offers a unique combination of healing, powerful support abilities, and outstanding synergy through her exclusive partner memosprite, Ica. If you are looking for a character who can significantly elevate your team’s survivability and performance, Hyacine might be exactly who you need! Hyacine’s ability-leveling priority is first her Skill, second her Ultimate, third her Memosprite Talent, fourth her Memosprite Skill, fifth her Talent, and lastly her Basic Attack.
Hyacine’s major trace unlocking priority is first her major trace two, then her major trace one, and lastly her major trace three.
Hyacine’s recommended endgame stats are six thousand five hundred H.P., eight hundred defense, one hundred nineteen percent energy regeneration rate, and more than two hundred speed.
Moving on to Hyacine’s Eidolons, these enhancements further amplify her already impressive skillset. Her first Eidolon boosts the healing efficiency of Petrichoric Clear Skies, making her Ultimate even more impactful. Eidolon One is the best stopping point for dolphins because it increases Hycaine’s healing. Also, Eidolon Two is not that good.
Equipping Hyacine optimally is crucial to maximize her performance, and her signature Light Cone, May Rainbows Remain in the Sky, aligns perfectly with her kit. This Light Cone notably increases her speed and synergistically consumes minimal ally H.P. to greatly amplify the damage dealt by her memosprite partner, Ica. Additionally, after Ica’s skill use, enemies take increased damage, further solidifying Hyacine’s role as a versatile and impactful supporter.
If you are a free-to-play player and want to pull for either her eidolon one or her signature light cone, I would recommend pulling Hyacine’s signature light cone because it provides her with more stats and is crucial for Castorice teams. The light cone increases her speed significantly, and when Hyacine uses an ability, she consumes all teammates’ H.P. by one percent of their current H.P. and deals one instance of additional damage equal to two hundred fifty percent of the total consumed H.P. to the enemy. Additionally, when Ica uses her Memosprite Skill, she increases the damage received by enemies by eighteen percent for two turns. Once again, Hoyoverse is selling a solution to a problem they created. Hyacine requires her signature light cone to be playable with Castorice.
Now, let's talk about other light cone options for Hyacine, which unfortunately are lacking since she is a Remembrance character. Honestly, you might have to get Hyacine’s signature light cone or wait for Hoyoverse to release a healing-focused Remembrance light cone. A free-to-play Herta Shop five-star light cone that Hyacine can use is Memory's Curtain Never Falls. It increases Hyacine’s speed by up to twelve percent. After Hyacine uses her skill, she increases the damage dealt by allies by up to sixteen percent for three turns. A free-to-play three-star light cone that Hyacine can use is Shadowburn. When Hyacine summons Ica for the first time, Ica recovers a skill point and regenerates up to twenty energy for Hyacine.
For Relics, the new set Warrior Goddess of Daythunder synergizes beautifully with Hyacine’s playstyle. This relic set significantly boosts her speed and grants her allies enhanced critical damage after healing them, perfectly complementing her supportive role while enhancing the team’s overall damage output and combat effectiveness. Alternatively, use a two-piece set of messenger traversing hackerspace and sacredos’ relived ordeal, which both provide six percent speed.
For Hyacine’s planar set, use Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding. It increases Hyacine’s speed by six percent. When Hyacine’s speed is one hundred thirty five or one hundred eighty or higher, Hyacine and Ica’s Outgoing Healing increases by twelve percent or twenty percent.
When it comes to relic main stats, for Hyacine’s body piece, use an outgoing healing main stat. For Hyacine’s feet piece, use a speed percent main stat. For Hyacine’s planar sphere piece, use an H.P. percent main stat. For Hyacine’s link rope piece, use an energy recharge percent main stat. When it comes to relic substats for Hyacine, keep her speed as high as possible; first, focus on H.P. percent; second, focus on defense percent; third, flat H.P.; fourth, effect resistance; and lastly, flat defense.
Hyacine’s best team is herself, Castorice, Tribbie, and Remembrance Trailblazer. A free-to-play Castorice team replaces Tribbie with Pela. You need her signature light cone to be useful in Castorice teams. If you do not have Castorice, then since Hyacine is a healer, she can be played on any team.
Let’s begin by taking a closer look at Hyacine’s core stats at level eighty. She boasts an impressive H.P. of one thousand eighty-six, making her incredibly durable for a healer, along with a decent attack of three hundred eighty-eight, a defense of six hundred thirty, and an excellent speed of one hundred ten, allowing her to act swiftly and reliably in any team composition.
Hyacine’s abilities are focused around healing, damage mitigation, and enhancing ally capabilities. Starting with her Basic Attack, When Breeze Kisses Foam, Hyacine deals Wind damage equal to a substantial percentage of her Maximum H.P. to a single enemy. Although straightforward, this skill allows her to maintain offensive pressure while supporting her team defensively.
Her skill, Love at Scattering of Rainbow, is particularly powerful as it summons her memosprite partner Ica, instantly healing all allies. The healing scales impressively with Hyacine’s maximum H.P., providing a substantial burst of H.P. restoration, with additional focused healing specifically aimed at Ica. This ability ensures team resilience and significantly improves survivability during challenging encounters. Hyacine’s Ultimate, aptly named We Who Fly Into Twilight, further amplifies her support capability. Not only does it summon Ica again and heal all allies significantly, but it also introduces a remarkable team buff called Petrichoric Clear Skies. This powerful state lasts for three turns, considerably increasing the maximum H.P. of all team members. It ensures your team stays healthy and capable of weathering intense enemy attacks, providing a substantial defensive advantage.
Her passive talent, Dawnray to Heal the World, adds depth to her synergy with Ica by increasing Ica’s damage output whenever healing occurs. This passive effect stacks up to three times, drastically enhancing Ica’s damage potential, thus seamlessly integrating offensive prowess into Hyacine’s fundamentally defensive skillset.
Now, let’s explore the fascinating mechanics of Ica, Hyacine’s unique memosprite partner. Ica enters battles with H.P. equal to half of Hyacine’s Maximum H.P., making her extremely sturdy from the outset. Ica’s primary offensive ability, Rainclouds Begone!, delivers impressive Wind damage to all enemies based on the total healing performed by Hyacine and herself throughout the battle, making consistent healing not just defensive but offensively rewarding.
Ica also possesses several powerful passive talents. Her Holding Clear Sky’s Hand talent ensures continual passive healing for allies whenever their H.P. decreases, actively maintaining your team’s health throughout the battle without direct commands. Additionally, while Hyacine is under the Petrichoric Clear Skies state, Ica immediately acts following Hyacine’s abilities, increasing overall team efficiency.
Another critical aspect of Ica’s synergy is her talent, Spread Wings, Toward the Sun, which regenerates Hyacine’s energy when Ica is summoned, greatly enhancing Hyacine’s ability to use her Ultimate more frequently. Additionally, Ica’s Free Fall, and then Fly talent further speeds up Hyacine’s next action after Ica disappears, significantly improving battle momentum and ensuring Hyacine stays actively involved in supporting her team.
The second Eidolon significantly increases ally speed whenever their H.P. falls, ensuring rapid reactions during critical moments. Eidolon Four substantially improves Hyacine and Ica’s critical damage potential based on excess speed, increasing their offensive capabilities dramatically. Finally, her sixth Eidolon maximizes the team’s damage potential by enhancing resistance penetration, making Hyacine an all-around powerful supporter in late-game content.
