Anivia is able to proc Electrocute very easy if she lands her Q, so taking this rune is great for her.

Win Conditions

  • Play safer when you do not have your Passive available as you will be an easy target for the enemy.
  • In team fights, look to lock down the closest enemy champion with your Q. Focus on using the rest of your abilities to peel and protect yourself and the rest of your team.
  • You can use both your W and R as a zoning tool to help you siege objectives and get picks. Be careful though as you’re vulnerable when your W is down.

Weak Against

  • Aurelion Sol: Aurelion Sol's high mobility allows him to quickly roam and exert pressure around the map, making it difficult for Anivia to keep up or punish his roams.
  • Fizz: Fizz's playful and deceptive playstyle makes it challenging for Anivia to land her skill shots consistently. His ability to dodge her abilities, engage, and apply burst damage can be a significant threat to Anivia.
  • Neeko: Neeko's versatility and deceptive shapeshifting abilities can confuse Anivia and make it hard for her to predict or land her crowd control effectively.

Strong Against

  • Annie: Anivia's crowd control and burst damage can interrupt Annie's all-in combo, providing her an advantage. She can also control the wave effectively, denying Annie opportunities to engage.
  • Le'Blanc: Anivia's crowd control and zone control can limit LeBlanc's mobility and evasive tactics. If Anivia can land her crowd control, she can burst down LeBlanc before she can retreat.
  • Yasuo: While Yasuo is mobile, Anivia can still control the laning phase with her crowd control and zoning abilities. If Yasuo doesn't block Anivia's skill shots with his Wind Wall effectively, he can become vulnerable to Anivia's sustained damage and control.

Game Strategy

  • Early Game: In the early game, Anivia should prioritize farming and poking enemies with her Q-E combo while keeping a safe distance. Use Crystallize (W) strategically to block enemy paths and avoid ganks, conserving mana for key trades and escapes.
  • Mid Game: During the mid game, Anivia's wave-clearing abilities become crucial. Push lanes with Glacial Storm (R) and roam to assist other lanes, setting up picks with Flash Frost (Q) and Crystallize (W). Control objectives, maintain vision, and use your zoning tools to dictate team fights.
  • Late Game: In the late game, Anivia shines as a teamfighting mage. Position yourself wisely, using your crowd control abilities to peel for your carries and catch out-of-position enemies. Your damage output is significant; utilize Flash Frost (Q) to initiate fights and Glacial Storm (R) to control space, securing victory through strategic zoning and high burst damage.
