Win Conditions
- Braum doesn’t need to play aggressive 24/7. Wait for the enemy to engage and then turn the exchange around.
- Always stick with your team, in particular, the ADC so you can protect and peel them with your E.
- Don’t use your E to block damage in small trades. It’s best to save it for extended or long trades only so you do not run out of mana. Also, keeping your E off cooldown will help you if the enemy decides to commit to a full trade.
Weak Against
- Vel'Koz: Vel'Koz's long-range poke and true damage can be difficult for Braum to mitigate with his E ability. Vel'Koz can consistently harass and poke Braum and his ADC from a distance.
- Swain: Swain's crowd control and sustained damage output can be challenging for Braum to handle in the laning phase. Swain can root, pull, and poke down Braum and his ADC while out-trading them.
- Janna: Janna's disengaging abilities can make it difficult for Braum to engage or trade effectively. She can easily peel for her ADC and prevent Braum from landing his crowd control.
Strong Against
- Lulu: Braum's Unbreakable can block Lulu's poke and crowd control abilities. He excels at engaging on Lulu and her ADC when her protective abilities are on cooldown.
- Pantheon: Braum's Unbreakable is effective at mitigating Pantheon's poke and all-ins, especially when he uses his passive stun. Braum's crowd control can disrupt Pantheon's combos.
- Seraphine: Braum can block Seraphine's poke and crowd control with his Unbreakable, reducing her effectiveness in both protecting her ADC and engaging in trades.

Game Strategy
- Early Game: In the early game, Braum should focus on protecting the ADC with his shield (E) and utilizing his passive to stun enemies. Position yourself between your ADC and the enemy, using your Winter's Bite (Q) to poke and engage when opportunities arise. Look for chances to set up kills with your crowd control and provide vision control in river and jungle entrances.
- Mid Game: During the mid game, Braum becomes a powerful initiator and peeler. Engage team fights with your Glacial Fissure (R) to knock up enemies and create opportunities for your team. Peel for your carries using your shield and Winter's Bite, and coordinate with your team to secure objectives. Focus on vision denial, setting up picks, and controlling the battlefield with your crowd control.
- Late Game: In the late game, Braum's role is to protect key allies and disrupt enemy carries. Stick close to your team, using your shield to block crucial enemy abilities and crowd control. Use Glacial Fissure to disengage or catch out-of-position enemies, creating opportunities for your team to secure objectives or win team fights. Maintain vision around critical objectives, ensuring your team has the upper hand in late-game engagements.
