A Great ADC for Beginners
If you're just starting out in League of Legends or really want to get better at playing ADC then you should definitely give Ashe a try! She's a very simple champion with amazing tools for you to practice all of the fundamentals in the role.
The one thing you might notice with her however is how itemization can be very weird thanks to her passive, which is why I decided to create this guide and teach you what items you should buy.
Abilities

The most important part of Ashe's kit is her passive. She applies Frost to enemies she hits with attacks or spells which will make her subsequent attacks deal additional damage which scales with Critical Strike Chance and Critical Strike Damage. They will also be slowed whenever they have this effect on them.
After attacking 4 times you will be able to cast Q which will give you tons of attack speed for six seconds. Your attacks will now fire 5 arrows at a time instead of one. It will behave as a normal attack but deal increased damage.
Your W is a Volley (as the name suggests) of arrows. Any enemy targets can get hit by multiple of them but will only take damage once, meaning it's easy to bodyblock it with minions for example.
E hold up to two charges and has a massive cooldown but essentially gives you map hacks by firing a Hawk at a target direction anywhere in the map and giving vision of its path and the area where you sent it.
Your Ultimate Spell is also a skillshot with global range that will stun the first enemy champion hit. The longer the arrow travels the longer they'll be stunned for.
Summoner Spells

This is the best go-to summoner spell for ADC's
Runes

Press the Attack is the best option in any scenario.
You're incredibly mana hungry so make sure to take Presence of Mind since you'll be a little bit useless if you run out of mana.
Attack Speed is an incredibly important stat on this champion so we will be taking Legend: Alacrity
Cut Down is also the best rune option in this row no matter the scenario.
As for your secondary tree you will take Biscuit Delivery for mana sustain in lane, which is where you'll need it most, and Approach Velocity since it will give you bonus Movement Speed towards any champion that you land an attack or spell on.
Items

Even after the recent nerfs you want to always start with Doran's Blade.
Tips & Tricks
- Make sure to position properly when using W for waveclear since you want to hit every minion with an arrow.
- Be mindful of how you use W. Use it against opponents out of range so that either you or an ally can reach them and if you're already attacking someone hold your W until they walk out of range, use a mobility spell or flash since W range is much higher than your Attack Range.
- Line up properly before using E so you get the most vision possible during the travel and not just at the destination. Try to reveal the whole enemy jungle with each use.
- Your Q is an Auto Attack Reset; This means you should cast a Basic Attack and cancel the animation with your Q as soon as the projectile shows up to pretty much get 2 auto attacks instantly.
- Stand inside a bush or in fog of war before ulting so you give the enemy team as little time to react to it as possible.
- Whenever you're in base look to use your ultimate since this angle will make it a lot easier to land.
