Win Conditions
- You can use your E to get over the Baron and Dragon pits in attempts to steal the objective. Just make sure it’s not warded so the enemy knows you’re there.
- Get as close as you can to the enemy before using your E for a guaranteed stun. The further away you’re from the enemy, the easier it will be for them to dodge.
- When approaching a new camp, make sure you’re in human form. Once you’ve used both your Q and W, change into Spider R form to finish the camp off.
Weak Against
- Amumu: Amumu's crowd control abilities, particularly his Q and R, can lock down Elise and prevent her from escaping or using her mobility to her advantage. Amumu's natural tankiness can also make it challenging for Elise to burst him down.
- Rammus: Rammus excels at catching mobile champions, making Elise vulnerable due to her reliance on mobility to navigate fights. Rammus' crowd control and mobility with Q can effectively disrupt Elise's combos and force her into unfavorable engagements.
- Maokai: Maokai's tankiness, crowd control, and the sustain he gains from his passive make him challenging for Elise to deal with. Maokai can soak up Elise's damage while locking her down, and his abilities can prevent her from escaping or securing kills.
Strong Against
- Gragas: Elise can exploit Gragas's relatively weak early game. Gragas is susceptible to Elise's early-game burst damage and crowd control, making him an easy target for Elise's ganks and invades.
- Hecarim: While Hecarim can become a powerful late-game threat, Elise can exploit his weaker early game. She can engage on him with her crowd control and deal significant damage before he becomes too tanky or mobile.
- Master Yi: Elise can capitalize on Master Yi's vulnerabilities during the early game, when he is susceptible to crowd control and burst damage.

Game Strategy
- Early Game: In the early game, Elise should focus on aggressive jungle clears, utilizing her Spider Form for sustain. Look for opportunities to gank lanes, especially overextended ones, using Cocoon (E) to initiate, and maximize damage by switching between her Human and Spider forms for abilities and auto-attacks.
- Mid Game: During the mid game, Elise's strength lies in her ability to catch enemies out of position with her Cocoon and burst them down. Continue ganking lanes and securing objectives like Rift Herald and Dragons with your team. Focus on building magic penetration items to enhance your damage output and maintain deep warding in the enemy jungle for map control.
- Late Game: In the late game, Elise transitions into more of a peeler and pick-maker. Use Cocoon to catch high-priority targets, turning the tide of team fights. Your rappel (E) can be used both aggressively and defensively - to engage or escape. Coordinate with your team, catch enemies off-guard, and secure vision around Baron and Elder Dragon to set up game-deciding plays.
