This applies for all rune setups - run bone plating into champions that cannot easily put it on cooldown, second wind into champions that can. Demolish can be replaced by overgrowth if not too confident.
For precision main tree rune setups - alacrity can be replaced with haste against champs who you need your E against more. Mostly AA-based champs, such as Tryndamere, Sett, Trundle, etc.
