1. Strengths

• Extremely useful in team fights due to her Ultimate Pop Blossom (R) CC and damage. This allows her team to play around her and her Jungler to gank her.
• She has tons of poke in lane and can easily bully the enemy down with her Blooming Burst (Q) and Tangle-Barbs (E).
• Her Ultimate Pop Blossom (R) is incredibly powerful for a Support. She can easily get surprise kills post 6 if she lands her Tangle-Barbs (E) on the enemy target.

2. Weaknesses

• During the laning phase, it’s really easy for you to steal your ADC’s farm by mistake.
• Very squishy and can easily get blown up by the enemy once she is locked down.
• Can’t be very effective if the enemy sets proper vision around and can notice Neeko changing forms or hiding in a brush to land her Tangle-Barbs (E).

• Do not transform into another champion if you’re spotted by the enemy. It sounds simple, but you’d be surprised how many people change forms when it’s obviously Neeko.
• Use the speed boost from your Shapesplitter (W) to flank in team fights to get a good Ultimate Pop Blossom (R) off.
• Try to aim your Tangle-Barbs (E) so it goes through as many enemy minions as possible. The more minions it goes through, the longer the root duration will be if it hits an enemy champion.

1. Early game

• Your champion is weak in the early game. Avoid fighting until you have quite a few levels behind you. Once you have an item and some levels under your belt, you can look for skirmishes with the enemy.
• Focus on farming and picking up as much farm as possible in the early game. This will make you more of a threat in the later parts of the game.
• Rotate and move around the map if your bot lane decides to rotate to the top lane after securing the bottom lane tower.

2. Mid game

• When no team fights are occurring, go to a side lane and push. It’s important that you continue to farm during the mid-game so you can get your items as quickly as possible. Do not just stay mid if you can’t get anything done.
• Flank in team fights to make getting on the enemy backline easier. Use your Shapesplitter (W) to speed yourself up to get off a good Ultimate Pop Blossom (R).
• Look for picks during the mid-game. If you can pick someone off with the help from your allies, you can abuse their death timer to earn more gold and possibly take a tower, an objective or get more kills.

3. Late game

• Do not fight in the late game unless your Ultimate Pop Blossom (R) is up. It is crucial that you only commit or look for fights when it is available as you’re going to miss out on extra damage and CC.
• Your Ultimate Pop Blossom (R) will be on a shorter cooldown in the later stages of the game. If you can find an opportunity to do so, use it to catch out someone who is isolated and alone, too far forward or way out of position.
• Peel for your carries to keep them alive for longer. If your allies die quickly, there will be little chance that you will win the team fight.
