After the sustain oriented nerfs last patch, we're feeling pretty good about class balance across the board and are at the point where we're relatively happy with the systems and start chipping down outliers on both the buff and nerf sides

16 Blind Bans

Initially when releasing 2.0, we had prototyped 16 bans in dev and went down to 8

For bans, we want to thread the needle between having enough bans that the meta is not stagnant, but few enough that some champions are not permabanned and never get to be played for lovers of those champs

After reviewing Live behavior, we think we can go up to 16 bans as we suspect a bunch of these will be duplicates and it's a feature that's been widely requested from the community

- Legendary anvils removed from consumables tab
