Riot Games' designer David "Phreak" Turley shared a sneak peek into upcoming Swain changes. The champion will be rebalanced in patch 14.21. According to the developer, the testing will start on PBE today, October 8. He shared this on stream. Phreak revealed that Swain will be reshaped into a battlemage. They want to buff his abilities at the cost of an ultimate nerf. This way, the champion should become more reliable. Here's the full list of planned readjustments.
