Pick up your Passive shield whenever it lands nearby. Then look to engage on to the enemy while you have it to increase your chances of coming out ahead.
Use your R to knock away key targets in a team fight and then collapse on the enemies who are left behind.
When the enemy positions close to the wall, look to engage on them as they will not be able to defend themselves briefly which you can capitalize on.

Garen: Garen's true damage is always a bad thing for us since we won't be able to kill him faster than he will kill us.
Dr. Mundo: His health regeneration from his ultimate is very dreadful, look to get grevious wound as soon as possible.
Sion: Sion is an unkillable tank that outscales us. Look to shut him down in the early game with your jungler.

Yasuo: Yasuo is relatively easy, you can either let him dash through minions so he makes himself easy to E on the wall or just W his dashes.
Gragas: We need to make sure we save W to cancel Gragas' E and we pretty much win the trade.
Riven: Riven is all about dashing and doing her usual things, so our W is a difference maker.

Early Game: We honestly don't care about any champion that much, we can 1v1 anyone in the top lane, it's mostly just about the timing when you decide to do so. Level 3 is the immediate spike that we need since we can start trading more with the enemy and also properly.
Mid Game: Keep applying pressure in the sidelane especially if you have teleport, that way you can make it easier for yourself to be impactful everywhere. Diving is something you can do very easily since you have shield on your kit, damage and also CC.
Late Game: Keep doing the same thing as before, just make sure to remember how important your tanking is. Don't go wandering too far. Tank for your team and also push the enemy jungler away. Those are your main jobs.
