Always Statikk into Zeal (this maxes out your Attackspeed at 1.5 and 1.69 while ulting) You can decide to skip upgrading the Zeal and opt into IE then LDR/Mortal Reminder
Phantom Dancer, Runaans and Navori Flickerblade are all viable options and personally I upgrade them before getting IE usually
PD is the highest DPS and Movementspeed out of the 3 options, its nice if you plan to space and dodge slow abilties Flickerblade is better if you need the dash to kite and/or dodge faster abilties (like hooks) Runaans is good if there's multiple enemies running into in fights and you can make full use of the AOE (usually vs melee heavy comps)
