We most likely go conqueror which grants us the most damage and healing. We can really use this to boost our dmg from W and on top of that we can live more in fights. Tbh i like the game runes with conqueror, just make sure the secondary runes are resolve (you can go second wind if there is a poke matchup and of course go doran shield instantly)

This is the most common and reliable build for dmg and tankiness
