Shen Support is a great off-meta flex pick that can be built and played in a variety of ways. This guide will feature everything you need to know.

- Take Aftershock if you want to play aggressive early with ADCs like Draven and Jhin.
- Font of Life and Shield Bash are equally good.
- Take Boneplating against all-in champions. Take Second Wind against poke champions.
- Overgrowth, Revitalize and Unflinching are equally good, pick what you need/want.
- Cheap Shot gives you additional damage in all-ins, while Ultimate Hunter lowers your ult cooldown, which is your most important ability.
- For rune shards, always take Ability Haste. Movement Speed can help when trying to catch up to opponents, but scaling health is also fine. 3rd row, everything is equally good and you can pick what you need/want.

Your E is very important for engaging and disengaging so you want to have it up as often as possible. Your Q damage isn't as important because your teammates will do the most damage.
- Bloodsong is for an aggressive playstyle (best with Aftershock/Glacial Augment)
- Celestial Opposition is for a passive playstyle (best with Guardian)
- Solstice Sleigh is a hybrid of both. Take it if you are unsure how the game goes.
- Dream Maker is only viable with the Aery build.
