While your Q will deal lots of damage to the enemy, make sure you auto attack while trading too for extra damage.
In team fights, run towards the backline and throw one of the enemies key members towards your team. As a result of their over extended positioning, they should get killed easily.
When no team fights are occuring, look to split push and apply pressure to side lanes/towers.

Vayne: Vayne's mobility and true damage from her W make it difficult for Singed to stick to her. She can kite Singed effectively and deal significant damage, especially in the early game.
Dr. Mundo: Dr. Mundo's sustain and tankiness allow him to withstand Singed's poison damage over time. Mundo can farm safely and regenerate health, making it hard for Singed to harass him effectively in lane.
Yorick: Yorick's ghouls and constant harassment make it challenging for Singed to engage or escape. Yorick's ability to trap Singed within his W and summon ghouls with E create a difficult laning environment for Singed to navigate.

Olaf: Singed can kite Olaf effectively with his adhesive W and slow him down, mitigating Olaf's all-in potential. Singed's ability to disengage and apply poison while running away counters Olaf's aggressive playstyle.
Gwen: Singed's natural tankiness and ability to fling Gwen into unfavorable positions disrupt her combos. Additionally, Singed's poison damage over time can wear down Gwen's health, especially since she needs to be in close range to deal damage.
Yasuo: Singed's AoE damage from his poison can punish Yasuo's melee range. Singed can also disrupt Yasuo's mobility and knock him up with his fling preventing Yasuo from dashing around the lane and maintaining distance effectively.

Early Game: In the early game, Singed should focus on proxy farming behind enemy turrets, drawing attention and wasting the enemy jungler's time. Use your Poison Trail (Q) to farm waves efficiently and harass opponents, while utilizing your Fling (E) to disrupt enemy farming and trades, maintaining lane control and avoiding unnecessary deaths.
Mid Game: During the mid game, Singed becomes a nuisance in team fights and split-pushing. Continue proxy farming and split-pushing, forcing enemies to respond to your pressure. In team fights, use your Mega Adhesive (W) to disrupt enemy formations, enabling your team to engage or disengage, and utilize your Fling to isolate high-priority targets, making you a potent disruptor.
Late Game: In the late game, Singed transitions into a powerful tank and disruptor. Focus on peeling for your carries and engaging fights with your Mega Adhesive and Fling. Use your Poison Trail to zone enemies and create chaos in team fights, ensuring your carries can deal damage safely.
