Swain's Ultimate allows him to keep sustaining a lot, so getting the extra healing from Conqueror too is just the cherry on top.

Win Conditions
- One of the key ways for Swain to get guaranteed Soul Fragments from his passive is landing his E. This guarantees that Swain's target is given no chance to dodge the incoming root.
- You do not have to cast your R2 as soon as you are able to. Try to benefit from Demonic Ascension's damage and healing over time as much as possible.
- Learn as many ways that you can use W. You can use it in order with your other abilities to force an opponent's Flash.
Weak Against
- Xerath: Xerath's long-range poke and high burst damage allow him to keep Swain at bay. Xerath can safely poke Swain from a distance with his abilities, making it challenging for Swain to get close and trade effectively.
- Brand: Brand's high poke damage and area-of-effect abilities make it difficult for Swain to sustain in lane. Brand can constantly harass Swain from a distance with his abilities, making it hard for Swain to engage or farm safely.
- Taric: Taric's sustain, crowd control, and tankiness make it tough for Swain to win trades. Taric can heal himself and his ADC, mitigate damage with his W, and stun Swain with his E, making it hard for Swain to engage or find favorable opportunities in lane.

Strong Against
- Nautilus: Swain can kite Nautilus effectively due to his ranged abilities. Nautilus' lack of mobility makes him an easy target for Swain's skill shots, allowing Swain to poke him down and maintain a safe distance.
- Alistar: Swain can harass Alistar from a distance, preventing him from engaging with his W and Q combo. Swain's crowd control and poke can keep Alistar at bay, making it difficult for Alistar to initiate fights or protect his ADC effectively.
- Leona: Swain's ability to poke from range allows him to avoid Leona's all-ins. Leona needs to engage at close range, but Swain can keep his distance and poke her down with his abilities.

Game Strategy
- Early Game: In the early game, Swain should focus on poking enemies with his Q while sustaining with his passive. Use your Nevermove (E) to catch enemies out of position, and be mindful of your positioning to avoid ganks. Look for opportunities to use your R in 2v2 situations for a significant advantage.
- Mid Game: During the mid game, focus on establishing vision control around key objectives like Dragon and Rift Herald. Use your passive to zone and catch enemies with your Nevermove (E) and control the area around you.
- Late Game: In the late game, your role as Swain support is to be a powerful frontliner and crowd control threat. Position yourself well in team fights, using your Demonic Ascension (R) to deal damage and sustain. Catch enemies out of position with your passive and look for opportunities to pick off priority targets.
