Win Conditions
- Try and bully the enemy as much as possible with your Q and W. Save your E when trading aggressively as a way to self peeling if anything goes wrong.
- Poke the enemy as much as possible before a team fight occurs. This is great for Syndra as more balls will be placed: allowing for a better Ultimate.
- Set up picks for your team by placing Dark Spheres inside bushes and using your E to knock them in to the enemy. Stunning them will result in easy pickups for your team.

Weak Against
- Kassadin: Kassadin's passive reduces magic damage taken, making it difficult for Syndra to poke him effectively. Additionally, Kassadin's Q can absorb Syndra's abilities, nullifying her harassment and allowing Kassadin to close the gap and engage on Syndra.
- Irelia: Irelia's high mobility and ability to reset her Q (Bladesurge) on low-health minions make it challenging for Syndra to land her skill shots consistently.
- Fizz: Fizz's playful and tricky playstyle makes it hard for Syndra to hit her skill shots. Fizz's E allows him to dodge Syndra's abilities and engage on her when they are on cooldown.
Strong Against
- Azir: Syndra can interrupt Azir's Soldier positioning and poke him down from a distance. Her long-range abilities can disrupt Azir's attempts to set up his soldiers effectively, limiting his zoning potential and making it challenging for him to farm safely.
- Cassiopeia: While Cassiopeia deals high sustained damage, she lacks mobility. Syndra can take advantage of Cassiopeia's immobility by landing her skill shots, especially her stun E, and burst Cassiopeia down before she can output her sustained damage over time.
- Yone: Yone's all-ins are telegraphed, allowing Syndra to prepare and land her skill shots. Syndra's ability to stun Yone with her E interrupts his engages and provides opportunities for Syndra to poke him down from range.

Game Strategy
- Early Game: In the early game, Syndra should focus on farming with Dark Sphere (Q) while poking enemies with her long-range abilities. Use Scatter the Weak (E) to stun enemies and set up ganks, and prioritize vision control to avoid ganks.
- Mid Game: During the mid game, Syndra's burst damage becomes a significant threat. Continue farming and look for opportunities to catch out-of-position enemies with your Scatter the Weak. Use your Unleashed Power (R) to eliminate high-priority targets in team fights, and provide vision control around objectives.
- Late Game: In the late game, Syndra excels in team fights and picks. Use your long-range abilities to poke enemies and zone them from objectives. Focus on catching enemies with your Scatter the Weak, and use your Unleashed Power to instantly delete enemy carries. Position yourself carefully to avoid assassins and divers, and provide vision control in critical areas to catch enemies.
