Top Lane
- Singed: The AP Bruiser items are fitting Singed a lot and he is in a comfortable spot right now.
- Jax: No matter what season it is, Jax will always find something to abuse and be OP on it.
- Kayle: Kayle has an easier time to scale now and the items allow her to become unstoppable.
- Teemo: Teemo's one-shot potential has skyrocketed drastically and the new map changes make his shrooms more unpredictable.
- Fiora: Tanks are a bit forte right now so Fiora with her true damage is always a treat.
Jungle
- Lillia: Just like Singed, AP Bruiser items really fit Lillia greatly and she is in a great spot right now.
- Ivern: Ivern is mostly hidden OP, no direct buff towards him, just good synergy with the new map and monster changes.
- Master Yi: Master Yi is more easily allowed to scale and the new items are great for him.
- Nocturne: Hexplate makes Nocturne feel really good since he will be spamming his autos more on you now.
- Kha'Zix: New Assassin items are feeling juicy and Kha is made to one shot people.

Mid Lane
- Fizz: Stormsurge is a great item for AP Assassins and that in combination with Lich Bane made Fizz really strong.
- Diana: Diana falls in the same category as Fizz, so the same thing is happening to her.
- Talon: Just like Kha, Talon is love all the new Assassin items and they allow him to snowball much easier.
- Akali: Exactly like Diana and Fizz, Akali is in her prime right now with the new AP items.
- Kassadin: Kassadin has an easier time scaling now and he also has a lot of early kill pressure.

ADC
- Nilah: The new items are making Nilah feel at home since she is able to utilize them better than the previous ones.
- Miss Fortune: Not much changing on the build per se, but the fact that she is able to more consistently do damage is great for MF.
- Twitch: Twitch is just as sneaky as always and the new map with items make him just as unpredictable.
- Jhin: Jhin is back with his Assassin build since the items fit him perfectly.
- Draven: Draven has always loved running Lethality since his Axes can quite literally one shot you, so the new Assassins items are great on him.
Support
- Maokai: Maokai is just as much of a threat as he as always been, with the exception that now he is even more obnoxious.
- Blitzcrank: Despite the fact that the new items are very good on Blitzcrank, his hook is always valuable regardless.
- Bard: The new map changes made Bard more appealing because of his portal angles.
- Janna: Janna is back to her full peeling duty and she is feeling as great as always.
- Rakan: No matter what season it is, Rakan is always useful. The new items are also making him feel much better.
