Make sure to have your awakened E ready to dodge heavy CC's when ganking or in teamfights.
Udyr is amazing for keeping enemies busy, try to run people down while tanking their entire front line and run away if you have to.
Utilize your awakened abilities depending on the right scenarios, because that can be the difference maker.

Hecarim: He will be able to counter gank a lot since he has a lot of move speed, you need to punish him early if you can.
Rek'Sai: Rek'Sai has a lot of damage and will be able to counter gank you, see if you can trust your team in 3v3s/2v2s.
Zac: Too much cc which is Udyr's biggest weakness since you will have to waste your awakened E.

Nidalee: You are going to be able to slow her down easily and chase her off, she doesn't have damage to kill you either.
Sylas: Sylas wants to be on your face to do damage and that's exactly what we want, we have more damage than him.
Zed: Zed will look for his ultimate and combos but we have enough resistance to survive that and beat him.

Early Game: Udyr does well in most matchups in the early game since they don't have enough damage to properly kill you. Make sure to take what you came for and run away. Demonic Embrace is our first real power spike, it will take a while to get there but after we have it we are very strong.
Mid Game: Shadow your lanes when you get a chance since your 2v2s/3v3s are very powerful and you want to get some advantages. You can execute dives because of the set ups that you have on your kit, so definitely go for dives if you see fit.
Late Game: If you can't rely on any of your teammates, charge on the enemy carry all by yourself with your Empowered E and try to run them down. You are very tanky as nature, so try to have one of your carries assist you in taking down Baron but be careful of the enemy team collapsing on you.
