Health Potion

Try to poke consistently with your W+Q combo and then look to all in the enemy when they’re low.
Try to poke the enemy as much as you can before a team fight occurs. If the enemy over extends, don’t be afraid to throw out your R.
Never leave your team's side as you will be easy pickings for an Assassin or Bruiser. Stick with your Support throughout the later stages of the game.

Yasuo: Yasuo's Windwall pretty much blocks your entire kit, play around his W.
Draven: Pretty much impossible to fight with a Draven early in the game, try to play around your range.
Tristana: High mobility ADC that can just in and out along with outtrading with her E.

Kalista: Kalista loves jumping around, so your ultimate can really deny her a lot, early game can be tricky so just wait for level 6 and one shot her.
Aphelios: Aphelios' early game isn't really that song and considering he has no mobility you have the upperhand.
Caitlyn: Cait can be annoying with the long range, but her immobility allows you to get good all ins on her, be careful about traps.

Early Game: Your early game is not too shabby. You have enough damage and range to be annoying and take advantages. Be careful on all ins from the enemy. Your ultimate is what will enable you to be even more annoying, so the moment you get that try to play more aggressive and look for all ins.
Mid Game: Swap with your midlaner when the first turret bot is taken. Go mid and play safe if you have to, or take the first turret mid. Diving revolves around your R, if you hit the ability, it will be easier to execute the dive, so definitely go for it if you have the opportunity.
Late Game: Use your ultimate to peel yourself or look for a pick on the enemy member that has mis-stepped. Sneak objectives with your jungler if you find a good chance. You can do a lot of damage so if you know you can pull it off definitely do so.
