Win Conditions
- Stay safe in the early game and do not fall behind. Farm what you can and get as much gold so you can become strong in the mid and late game.
- Always try to hit the enemy 3 times so you can proc your W and deal extra damage to the enemy.
- You’re not Gosu so don’t Q aggressively or go in 1v5 during the late game team fights.

Weak Against
- Miss Fortune: Vayne's short range and the need to auto-attack can make it challenging to trade with Miss Fortune, who can deal substantial damage from a safer distance.
- Kog'Maw: Kog'Maw's consistent damage output can put pressure on Vayne throughout the laning phase.
- Nilah: Nilah's W ability is very strong against Vayne since Vayne relies on her Auto Attacks to do damage. Vayne's low range also makes it easy for Nilah to all in her.
Strong Against
- Zeri: Vayne can easily sidestep Zeri's Q and close the gap to engage her effectively. In close-range engagements, Vayne's mobility and damage can outmatch Zeri.
- Kalista: While Kalista is strong in the early game with her mobility and Rend damage, Vayne can become a hypercarry in the late game.
- Varus: While Varus has strong poke in the laning phase, Vayne's late-game dueling and mobility, especially with her R active, can make it difficult for Varus to deal with her.

Game Strategy
- Early Game: Be careful against Ranged champions cause they can take the better of you in the early game, meanwhile against Melee ones you have to watch out their all ins. Once you get Berserker's you should be unstoppable, it will give you kiting + attack speed.
- Mid Game: During the mid game and late game you generally want to push out waves then rotate towards your teammates. Diving is one of the things you have to do most with Vayne, considering enemies will stay close to the turret, allows you to easily condemn them.
- Late Game: You should be able to literally annihilate anyone at this point but at the same time to keep an eye so you don't get out of position and one shotted. Sneak as many objectives as possible, you can even do baron alone with your Jungler at this point.
