Game plan is simple and straight forward. Get 1 point with non-EX pokemons and execute their EX with the NEW Pikachu EX. You can build it with two RAICHUs or two GALVANTULAs or a mix of the two. HELMET placement is vital if you do not have RED in hand for PIKACHU EX to finish off the last EX pokemon.

TWO RAICHU

Very strong against DARKRAI GIRATINA and DIALGA ARCEUS decks. Revenge killing after losing your PACHIRISU is a common scene in this version of the deck. Quite suffers from offensive non-EX pokemon such as SNORLAX, CARNIVINE, HEATRAN, and every fast fighting deck in existence.

TWO GALVANTULA

Considering the abundant number of MANAPHY decks, JOLTIK having a (1 energy 30 damage) attack shutting down their manaphy early and getting the free point on your first energy. It does make DARKRAI DRUDDIGON decks harder to deal with but gives a solid fight against EGGXECUTOR MEOWSCARADA decks and a sliver of a chance against fighting. For this Meta GALVANTULA > RAICHU.

MIXED

The one where you get the best of both worlds as well as the worst but this is weirdly the version of the deck thats the best for me and got me consistent winstreaks, the highest being 8.

The deck is cheap to build, reusing old pokemons, and does surprisingly well against the current meta decks from DARKRAI GIRATINA to EGGXECUTOR MEOWSCARADA. Decided to share this deck after reaching Ultra Ball 1 in 2 days starting from the bottom. Ima cook a different deck to climb to Master Ball and share it when I can. Good luck on your climb everyone.
