In Smite 2, every God has a unique playstyle, even when fulfilling similar roles like tanky Supports, healers, or Junglers. However, their functionality can vary significantly depending on the chosen God Aspect.
Currently, not all Gods have access to an Aspect, but those that do gain the ability to alter their gameplay significantly. Some Aspects can even shift a God's role entirely. These Aspects are selectable before the match begins and cannot be changed afterward.
Anhur | Aspect Of Pride

Anhur’s Aspect of Pride modifies his passive ability, Enfeeble. Instead of reducing an enemy’s Physical Protection, it now boosts Anhur’s Attack Speed when continuously attacking the same target, making prolonged engagements in his favor.
Ares | Aspect Of Reverberation

Ares’ Aspect of Reverberation enhances his offensive potential. Rather than granting allies Protection and increased Basic Attack damage through Call to Arms, this Aspect amplifies Ares’ own next Basic Attack to hit multiple enemies.
Athena | Aspect Of War

Athena’s Aspect of War changes her ultimate ability. Instead of teleporting to an ally anywhere on the map, she can now teleport to enemies, provided she has line of sight. This makes her an exceptional Jungler, granting prime ambush opportunities.
Bacchus | Aspect Of Revelry

Bacchus’ Aspect of Revelry alters his Basic Attacks post-Chug. Rather than benefiting from Protections, his attacks gain bonuses tied to his Strength, opening up alternative stat builds.
Bellona | Aspect Of Vindication

Bellona’s Aspect of Vindication slightly reduces the damage of her Bludgeon ability’s final hit. However, it extends the effects of her Sword and Shield and Scourge weapons to nearby allies, enhancing her Support capabilities.
Cernunnos | Aspect Of Strife

Cernunnos’ Aspect of Strife removes the ranged property of his Basic Attack but compensates with increased damage, Cleave, and the ability to apply Shifter of Seasons effects on hit, giving him superior control over close-range combat.
Chaac | Aspect Of Fulmination

Chaac’s Aspect of Fulmination trades healing for greater area damage. Rain Dance no longer restores health but instead deals damage, significantly boosting his offensive potential at the cost of tankiness.
Cupid | Aspect Of Love

Cupid’s Aspect of Love is well-suited for Support play. While it reduces Heart Bomb’s damage, it slows enemy attack speed, heals allies near the explosion, and grants a health shield to allies upon accumulating eight Lovestruck stacks.
Danzaburou | Aspect Of Fellowship

Danzaburou’s Aspect of Fellowship increases his ability to deceive opponents at the cost of healing. His Alluring Spirits ability no longer provides a sake bottle but instead spawns two clones of Danzaburou, which deal increased damage and take reduced damage.
Fenrir | Aspect Of Loyalty

Fenrir’s Aspect of Loyalty weakens Brutalize’s damage output but introduces a stacking slow effect. Additionally, Seething Howl’s buff is reduced but now applies to nearby allies, making him a more team-oriented fighter.
Geb | Aspect Of Calamity

Geb’s Aspect of Calamity alters Shock Wave. Instead of knocking enemies into the air in a cone, it now deals damage in a larger radius around him but removes the knock-up effect, shifting his role from tankiness to raw area damage.
Hecate | Aspect Of Ruin

Hecate’s Aspect of Ruin removes Spell Eater’s recast ability. However, it compensates by reducing enemy ability damage in the area and firing a damaging projectile at enemies whenever they cast an ability within its radius.
Hercules | Aspect Of Preservation

Hercules’ Aspect of Preservation sacrifices personal power to improve team synergy. Instead of boosting Attack Speed and healing himself based on damage taken, he now provides healing to all nearby allies based on how frequently they are hit by Basic Attacks.
Khepri | Aspect Of Laceration

Khepri’s Aspect of Laceration modifies Abduct. Instead of pulling an enemy, it roots them and inflicts continuous damage. Though losing the pull ability can be a disadvantage, this change increases Khepri’s offensive output.
Loki | Aspect Of Concealment

Loki’s Aspect of Concealment removes the debuff applied when using Vanish. Instead, it grants stealth to Loki and the nearest ally, making it an excellent tool for coordinated ambushes or evasive maneuvers.
Mordred | Aspect Of Rage

Mordred’s Aspect of Rage enhances Shoulder Charge by removing its knock-up effect while allowing it to pass through and damage multiple enemies. Additionally, its cooldown is reduced when Mordred damages enemies with other abilities.
Neith | Aspect Of Wind

Neith’s Aspect of Wind eliminates the root effect from Broken Weave and shortens the duration of its buff. However, it significantly increases Attack Speed and allows World Weaver to grant Broken Weave stacks to Neith.
Nemesis | Aspect Of Justice

Nemesis’ Aspect of Justice dramatically alters her ultimate, Divine Judgment. Instead of dealing damage in an area, it now averages the health of Nemesis and her target if she has less, potentially turning battles in her favor.
Ra | Aspect Of Thermotherapy

Ra’s Aspect of Thermotherapy shifts him toward a Support role. Solar Blessing and Searing Pain deal less damage but now provide healing. Solar Blessing can be applied to allies, while Searing Pain heals friendly Gods it touches.
Sobek | Aspect Of Prey

Sobek’s Aspect of Prey transforms his playstyle. Charge Prey no longer pulls an enemy backward but instead pushes all enemies forward. Additionally, Sickening Strike gains a cooldown reduction when used on Jungle Monsters but heals for half its original amount.
Thanatos | Aspect Of Reaping

Thanatos’ Aspect of Reaping removes the healing effect from Harvester of Souls but grants increased maximum health. Soul Reap also gains bonus damage and a healing effect based on Thanatos’ max health, making him progressively stronger.
The Morrigan | Aspect Of Mischief

The Morrigan’s Aspect of Mischief removes the stealth effect of Confusion. Instead, reactivating the ability swaps her position with her clone, making it harder for enemies to track her movements.
Vulcan | Aspect Of Fortification

Vulcan’s Aspect of Fortification trades damage for durability. Magma Bomb and Backfire deal reduced damage but grant Vulcan Protection and Health Regeneration while near his turrets, allowing him to dominate zones effectively.
Conclusion
These Aspects significantly impact each God’s potential playstyle, offering new tactical opportunities and allowing players to tailor their approach to different match situations.
