Sobek, God of the Nile
Intro
THROWBEK!!! This god is one of my favorites in the support role. His displacement is so threatening to enemies in lane and in the mid game, and the sheer disruption he provides is insane. The croc is dangerous, and oh so much fun. Lets get into it

Ability Leveling Order

Basic Attack - Melee
Deal Magical Damage to an enemy in front of you
Stats:
- Damage Scaling: 100% Strength + 20% Intelligence
- Range: 1.92 meters
- Cone Angle: 120 degrees
Passive - Blessing of the Nile
When Sobek deals damage he gains a stack of protections
Stats:
- Protections: 2 + 0.4 per level per stack
Notes:
- This effect stacks up to 3 times and lasts for 10 seconds
- an ability can only provide 1 stack per cast
Ability 1 - Charge Prey
Dash forward, stopping on the first enemy hit and dealing Magical Damage. Sobek then throws the enemy behind him. Enemies hit are stunned before being thrown. Sobek is Displacement Immune while dashing and CC Imune while throwing.

- Damage Scaling: 50% Intelligence
- Stun Duration: 0.47 seconds
- Range: 8.8 meters
- Radius: 0.48 meters
- Cooldown: 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 seconds
- Cost: 70/75/80/85/90
Notes:
- Sobek has a 0 second Postfire animation on a missed charge
- Sobek has a 0.3 second postfire when he hits an enemy
Ability 2 - Tail Whip
Spin your tail, dealing Magical Damage in an area around Sobek. Damaged enemies are also Displaced away from Sobek.

- Damage: 80/125/170/215/260
- Damage Scaling: 40% Intelligence
- Radius: 3.2 meters
- Cooldown: 12 seconds
- Cost: 60/65/70/75/80
Notes:
- The spin begins to displace 0.4 seconds after being cast, and remains displacing for 0.6 seconds afterwards
Ability 3 - Sickening Strike
Strike in front of you. This strike deals Magical Damage in a cone and applies Disease, reducing healing recieved. Enemies diseased take bonus Magical Damage, take reduced healing, and can spread the disease for 2.5 seconds. Each enemy hit by the cone reduces this ability by 1 second and heals you up 4 enemies.

- Damage Scaling: 30% Intelligence
- Heal: 22/29/36/43/50 per enemy hit
- God DoT Damage: 5/5.5/6/6.5/7% of Sobek's Max Health over 2.5 seconds
- Minion DoT Damage: 30/45/60/75/90 over 2.5 seconds
- Healing reduction: 40%
- Healing reduction Duration: 5 seconds
- Cone Angle: 110 degrees
- Radius: 5.6 meters
- Cooldown: 12 seconds

Notes:
- The disease will spread to enemies within 3.2 meters of someone currently diseased
- The damage over time effect does not trigger item effects
Ultimate Ability - Lurking in the Waters
Submerge, Slowing enemies nearby and granting yourself CC Immunity, Protections, and Mana Regen. After 4 seconds, emerge dealing Magical Damage to enemies in range. You may cancel this ability early dealing less damage. Execute enemies below a scaling HP threshold that scales with time submerged. Executed or killed enemies Heal sobek and grant 25 Permanent Health

- Mana per second: 10%
- Protections: 20%
- Execute threshold: 10% hp scaling to 25% hp
- Radius: 4.8 meters
- Cooldown: 100 seconds

Notes:
- Lurking in the Waters deals 25% of its potential damage if emerging instantly
- Sobek can pass through enemies and player made walls while submerged
Gameplay
In the early game and laning phase sobek can provide a lot of pressure by being in his opponents face. He can take a little more poke on a trade and use his 3 to heal it up and keep himself healthy. This also does decent damage. Additionally, most players will either being afraid of the pluck as its a very deadly ability to get hit with, or not respect the pluck, so its never bad to look for opportunities to throw an enemy into one of your damage dealers (BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE HEALTHY). Be cautious about plucking enemies into your backline when your backline is at risk of dying to them. During the mid game you should look to generate pressure by threatening your 1 and making enemies back off. This allows you to get more farm because your laner should be clearing much quicker. Towards the late game you can be blown up so its best to be careful looking for a pluck into the enemy team, and better to save your abilities for follow up cc or peel.
Conclusion
Sobek can be a true menace, or he can miss every pluck and feed his brains out. Take some time to make good decisions though and you will be a dominant force of disruption and displacement.
