Combine both tier list, you can imagine: S, A, and B tier emblems increase placement by 2, 1.5 and 1 respectively

If Senna got Ghostly emblem, her rank up to 1.5 slightly above S. Yone with Heavenly will up 2 steps onto S+

Diana for now is a true Bruiser, more tanky than Volibear but deal less dmg, just like Udyr you can build her with anything

Just start with 3 Storyweaver, hit lv 7 and roll for Zoe + DIANA Neeko/ILLAOI Garen, play which tank got 3* first

Shen has a nerf on damage reduction at 3*, but he is no longer mana locked when casting skill, this is a huge buff for who want to play with Ethereal Blades. Moreover, this change also let him be able to play in both frontline and backline depending on items

Move Senna to A tier because Ghostly counters most of meta comps (Kai'Sa, Irelia, Bard, Syndra)

Add Yorick and Xayah

Day 6 update: move everything must go to S+ tier, add more emblem to tier list

Day 8 update: move Xayah down because she is extremely hard to play and must wear BiS, add Lux and Kobuko comp
