Basics
6 Slayer seems to be stronger than 5 Syndicate.
Play if got Shaco opener and items for him,
Econ up to 50g till krugs while trying to kill as many units as you can with Shaco. Don't pump levels until you hit Shaco 3 then you level based on tempo to get to 6 Slayers (a significant spike) as soon as possible without obliterating your econ.
Throughout the game: Must be played with at least 3 Syndicates to give him the fedora otherwise he won't be able to bypass frontlie and carry.
Zed will be the secondary carry.
Don't bother 3 staring any other unit until you hit 6 Slayer.
Roadmap:
Shaco 3 > 6 Slayer > Lvl 9/Reroll 3 star 3 cost.
Jarvan/Braum holds tank items. Tank items to build: Evenshroud, Sunfire others are whatever and you build them from leftover components.

Midgame
Buy Slayer units while maintaining econ, go fast 8 to hit 6 slayer asap.
Replace TF with Braum
roll to two star units if you have too many pairs or if losing too much but try not to go below 32g

Usually same side as their carry, Shaco jumps 3 hexes away.
Try to get Shaco kill his DMG dealers asap.

Yes, literaly any 5 cost you feel like. Even Sejuani if you need her stun.
Best to play: Garen (Slayer mod himself) or Renekton
