Annie is the carry, you want her to cast as much as possible. So Blue Buff, Shojin and Nashor are a really good combo.
Neeko is the main tank, you want her to have Warmog, Gargoyles and a Spark on her.
For the secondary carry you can pick either Samira or Ziggs depending on your leftover items/components
