[Anti Meta] New Annie Reroll

Annie:

• Passive: After 4 casts, gain 50% -> 40% Attack Speed and casts deal 115/170/255 -> 80/120/180 (AP) magic damage to another nearby enemy.
• Active: Deal 195/295/440 -> 220/330/495 (AP) magic damage to the current target.

Emo:

Emo champions' Abilities cost less Mana to cast, and they gain Mana whenever an allied champion dies.

• (2) 20% less, gain 10 Mana -> 20% less, gain 20 Mana
• (4) 25% less, gain 20 Mana -> 30% less, gain 30 Mana
• (6) 20 Ability power, 30% less, gain 25 Mana -> 10 Ability power; 40% less, gain 40 Mana

This is just a quick guide that can run in a specific circumstance, not recommend to play frequently, you have been warned!

Check out my profile for more detailed guides which don't scam your LP buy guiding spend lots of gold finding a specific headliner trait then lost the game if you can't find any.

For easy visualize, I'll put champion into group instead of positioning, if any thing need to be noticed I'll mention. In addition every 5 cost I put always have a lower cost variance, feel free to play.

Spellweaver carry only need atk speed/mana regen items, Annie got a huge nerf changing superfan item to Jeweled Gaunlet and Shojin losing 5 AD/AP. Luckily we have an alternative way to play.

Blue Buff reduces Annie mana bar to 40 then 4 Emo reduce to 30, perfect 3 hits unlike 1 Shojin has 5 mana redundant (45/40) and deal less dmg than BB

Also frontline is much better than superfan version (Poppy, Illaoi) for Spellweaver stack

1 cost reroll is not reliable in this meta. A 1 cost headliner is much weaker than a 3, 4 cost, in addition spend gold in early game to 3 star unit will lead to low econ for lv 8 lv 9 later

Recommended way to play a 1 cost reroll comp: you got 4, 5 copies in the first 3 monster rounds (headliner or not doesn't matter) then at 2-1 pick Trade Sector or Shopping Spree. This rule work with any 1 cost reroll (Annie, Corki, Yasuo) except Punk. Of course you can play without them, like 7 Annie after 1-3 XD

In this comp without Trade Sector/Shopping Spree you 80% won't have enough gold to lv 9, unless Mort bless you to get freely get Annie.

Assume opponent carry is placed in the right corner

Place Guardian near Poppy

Poppy can wear any tank item (only Warmog is BiS), Gargoyle > Bramble/DClaw this patch

Spark can be wear on Amumu/Illaoi (place him behind Poppy) if you get extra item for Poppy (Sterak/Bloodthirster or any tank item)

Keep in mind strong frontline for Annie stack > Spellweaver, after itemized Annie prefer tank/support item (Wound/Sunder/Redemtion) then Sona BiS (Sona choose atk speed variance)

Worst case can't lv 9 just remove a Nekko and replace Seraphine with Lulu or Ekko

Because your first aug is a reroll, then pick any 2 combat augs next is a must.

The Golden Egg: at 4-2 your comp must be stable enough to win more 3, 4 round, pick this when your HP is high enough might give a win

This comp works well even 4 Emo is weak (90% 4/6 Emo it will have a buff next patch), I wonder what if the buff really arrive.
